Arrangement looked almost dead upon arrival. Very disappointed and embarrassed especially when the receiver called me to say thank you, and described the condition of the arrangement. I really expected more.

I'm confused as to why I paid $275 dollars for what was shown online as to what appeared to be over 2 dozen roses and why this looks like maybe a dozen roses and Lily's which my wife is allergic too.

We apologize we used lilies as your upgrade in your arrangement, upgrades are designed at the designer's choice and we did not know your wife was allergic to lilies. Once we got in touch with you, we were happy to remake a new beautiful arrangement without lilies and with more roses. We appreciate your feedback and were so happy we could make this right for you!

I asked that the flowers be at the funeral home by 3:00 pm on Friday it is almost 6:00 and flowers have not arrived. I was a disappointed that the arrangement was not fuller for the price I paid.

This is not what we ordered While this is pretty, we gave detailed description of what we wanted, which was a contemporary arrangement. This looks like it is for a wedding or funeral. Very very disappointed. Even paid extra to have it delivered early

I have ordered this arrangement before and it looked a lot better. Why is the white rose included? It's off and the arrangement is not symmetrical. Can the designer compare their arrangement to the advertised arrangement on the website???
