This looks very small and not as full as pictured on your website. Very disappointed and am usually very satisfied with my previous orders. Decorations not worth the $10 upgrade! The sales clerk could not tell me the size of the container either! Sorry!

I specially asked repeatedly for NO MAROON that red would resemble crimson better than maroon. Maroon is very offensive to OU alumni. The deceased was die hard OU alumni. We are completely embarrassed and upset that this sent with his fraternity brothers

Look at the gab at the bottom of the arrangement. The blue flowers and white looked really bad the arrangement was just thrown with out any thought. Really disappointed this was for my Dad a Veteran of WWII

When I arrived Saturday morning to pick up the corsage and boutineer it wasn't ready, nor had it been made. I was limited on time and she made it very quickly. The corsage wouldn't fit and didn't even get used. I've used McShan for corsages and boutineers

I ordered the Perfect Day Bouquet and this does not look anything like what was pictured on the FTD website. I also upgraded my order - which this does not look like it was upgraded. The bouquet I ordered had pretty pink roses, wispy greens - etc. this

The flowers don't even look close to what we see online. We even upgraded to premium order and doesn't look like there are more flowers. The bear looks pitful wrapped up. I asked coworkers their opinion and they said this order looks sad and gloomy
