For $124.49, this was a bit too small, and the bow was tacky. I went to the funeral and was VERY disappointed. I doubt I will be using your services in the future.

I chose this arrangement without having seen it online. The vase does not appeal to me at all. I am sure it is attractive to others, but I do not like it.

This does not resemble the picture off the website that we initially requested to order. The flowers seem the same in this picture, but the vase is completely different

Flowers didn't arrive until the day after Valentine's day. I paid a heavy premium to have the flower's delivered at the florist convenience. Nothing better than being empty handed on Valentine's day!

Flowers weren't delivered until almost 5:00pm. Person answering phone was extremely rude and not helpful during the two calls I placed. One rose was 6 inches higher than the others, while another rose has a 2 inch stem and was just stuck in the arrangem

VERY disappointed. Gave instructions to leave in front porch if no one answered the door. Instead they delivered the flowers to a neighbor. The neighbor refused to give them to intended recipient. I wasted over $250. I will NEVER use McShan's again!
