THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. MY WIFE DID NOT RECEIVE THEM AND THERE WAS NO RECORD OF DELIVERY BASED ON OUR RING DOORBELL CAMERA. THE DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED FOR 2/14 AND NOW YOU ARE CLOSED.

The flowers look skimpy compared to what I thought I purchased. The bear isn't as large as I was expecting, nor the color I thought I was getting. I've been using you all for years and I had issues with my order last year. You guys have fallen off.
