I have contacted customer service. This bouquet looks terrible. It does not at all resemble the Blue Diamond bouquet photo on line. This is a $100.00 bouquet. Call me immediately at 214-288-4873

I was dissappointed and embarrassed by this plant. I wanted normal ivy. How hard can that be. My daughter and son-in-law made fun of it. They said it looked like a marijuana plant.

Hey, These flowers look kind of disappointing. Not very colorful and half the flowers aren't even opened. I paid for the "deluxe" version, is this right? I'm usually very satisfied with McShan, but I feel let down by these. Thanks.

The picture is a one sided view so your unable to see the roses on the other side of the arrangement. We just double checked the count & indeed there are 12 pretty pale pink roses! Thank you!

This is not what I ordered. The e-receipt which you sent says Truck planter, which is what I ordered. The photo sent is the comfort planter and not really a nice looking one.

This arrangement does not look anything like the picture on the website. Way too much greenery. the picture on the website does not show any greenery. I know that sometimes some flowers are out of season and it will be substituted but not with greenery

I've been ordering from McShan for years and so sorry to say I was very disappointed in my order. My wife's roses only lasted 2 days and never opened up. My son bought her some from a grocery store and they're still alive. Very embarrassing!
