Sent out the wrong balloon ? This was for a Birthday not a get well This looks or appears very small arrangement ? For almost a $100.00 I would think it would be much bigger than the picture ! Hopefully the picture doesn't justify the size as it looks.

Horrible arrangement for 92.02. Was sent a picture before deliver, immediately called to ask them to fix it. All they did was turn the arrangement and sent a different shot of it. Unacceptable! So I cancelled the order and it's been two weeks and they

Didn't deliver my order as promised but they did pick up the cost of the purchase after a few phone calls. I personally would've appreciated the best flower arrangement upgrade they could do because it was my anniversary they botched, but I don't believe

We sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery of this order. We have reached out to you twice, one from Mr. McShan himself, in hopes of someway making up for the service you received. Please know that this is definitely not the way McShan deliveries normally go and I apologize immensely for your experience. If you could please take a moment and contact us and I'm sure we can come to an agreement as to how we can make this right. I ordered 2 of the same arrangements and this one looks nothing like the other one. Very skimpy, not put together well. You did redo it and it looked much better. Thank you for sending pictures.

Disappointing, I called and referenced SKU: DS1 for this order. The only change was the vase. This doesn't look like DS1 at all.

Although the flowers looked pretty they were not prepared the way I had asked. 1. They were NOT supposed to have individual vials on them. 2. They were supposed to be completely de-thorned. The bottoms were stripped but there were huge thorns on the top

The roses were beautiful. They were delivered in a vase instead of an arm bouquet. But the lady who received the flowers was glad that they were in a vase. So it all worked out great.
