Disappointing, I called and referenced SKU: DS1 for this order. The only change was the vase. This doesn't look like DS1 at all.

Although the flowers looked pretty they were not prepared the way I had asked. 1. They were NOT supposed to have individual vials on them. 2. They were supposed to be completely de-thorned. The bottoms were stripped but there were huge thorns on the top

I was disappointed that the arrangement wasn't with atleast a ribbon & a creative arrangement. Frankly i could have purchased flowers from the store & put them in a vase.

Does not look anything like what I ordered. I let them know by responding via email and phone call, no response from them - nothing. It was shipped as is.

The roses were beautiful. They were delivered in a vase instead of an arm bouquet. But the lady who received the flowers was glad that they were in a vase. So it all worked out great.

I expected more flowers and less green junk. Very disappointed . The reason I chose the large basket size was for your shop to have room for more flowers.

Put on order Michelle works only until 3pm. Delivery attempted after that time. Scheduled for next day. Learned that morning she was working from home, called informed that she wasn't at work, told delivery already en route, they would take care of it. Go

I left specific instruction on the comment area of the order. Both requests were ignored. When I called I heard excuses without apology “well the person who edits comments deleted that”, I don't understand why (recipient ) picked up order, I guess the car

I am so disappointed with this arrangement. The price was more than FTD and the arrangement smaller. Should have gone with FTD instead. I was assured that it would be the same.

I was a little disappointed with the overall size of the arrangement but my biggest issue was the lifeless greenery at the bottom of the arrangement. It didn't look bad in the photo but in person it looked like wilted lettuce. They were delivered on Sunda

I ask for red roses which you did send, but a pink balloon attached was not acceptable , the flowers were laughed at because of the pink balloon , I was totally embarrassed. Will not use you again ! thanks for my disappointment .
