I am not satisfied at all no ma'am i specifically stated to the sales lady i wanted the these flowers in the big vase that comes with the roses and these flowers look so little in a little vase

I am so disappointed with this arrangement. The price was more than FTD and the arrangement smaller. Should have gone with FTD instead. I was assured that it would be the same.

I was a little disappointed with the overall size of the arrangement but my biggest issue was the lifeless greenery at the bottom of the arrangement. It didn't look bad in the photo but in person it looked like wilted lettuce. They were delivered on Sunda

I ask for red roses which you did send, but a pink balloon attached was not acceptable , the flowers were laughed at because of the pink balloon , I was totally embarrassed. Will not use you again ! thanks for my disappointment .

You didn't deliver the flowers to the funeral home in time for visits and I will personally never order anything from you again. The only reason you have a star is I can't review without hitting one at least but you deserve none.

We have been in contact with the funeral home and have tried to reach out to you multiple times but have been unable to have a conversation. Ordered numerous times and this was a disaster! The delivery person could not find location and when she did my wife's flowers were big on the truck and had to be delivered the next day.
