Very disappointed, the percent of flowers they sent on Valentine's Day were wilted and dusting with a few that were actually missing pedals as if it was banged up against something they were nice enough to resend the orders to my wife and young daughter b

You didn't deliver the flowers to the funeral home in time for visits and I will personally never order anything from you again. The only reason you have a star is I can't review without hitting one at least but you deserve none.

We delivered the flowers in advance of the private viewing; however, the funeral home failed to put them out. We have been in contact with the funeral home and have tried to reach out to you multiple times but have been unable to have a conversation. We would be happy to help send condolences to the family's home should you wish to do so as the funeral home failed to get the flowers out for the private viewing. Thank you!

service sucked wife left work with no flowers i told them she got off work at 4:00 and they showed up after the office was closed at 6:00 that is unexceptable

I loved getting a picture of the arrangement. I was disappointed in the amount of flowers for the price. I always buy my arrangements from you. This is the first time I haven't been completely happy

Oh my God Those are Terrible!!! Does that look like 18 roses w a lot of baby's breath and a white satin bow?????? Looks like a child put it together!! And the family I sent to are high class then I send them crappy looking flowers I can't believe it

Ordered numerous times and this was a disaster! The delivery person could not find location and when she did my wife's flowers were big on the truck and had to be delivered the next day.

Suprised by the lack of ability to deliver a gauranteed delivery during business hours. Second attempt failes as well but did refund all my money without question

Flowers looked good in the picture but not delivered on day promised and difficult to communicate with the store or delivery person. After they weren't delivered to alternate address either, I cancelled the order.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THE ROSES WERE ACTUALLY DELIVERED!! The order was placed weeks before Valentine's Day BUT WERE NOT DELIVERED. I am very disappointed with the service.

Very disappointed. The flowers were beautiful but delivery was terrible. Arrived 8:00 that night. I called at 4:30 and was told they had been dispatched but the online status didn't change until 7:00 saying it was out for shipment. This was not a last min

Flowers were to be delivered on Valentine Day by 5:00 but did not happen.They were delivered the next day.The Blooms were already opened.Waiting to see how long they last.This is the third issue I have had with deliveries.

I don't know what happen this year but it was not good. First they did not delivery on 2/14. Second I could not get anyone on the phone the next day 2/15. Then finally they called on 2/16 and delivered around 5:30PM on 2/16. Really no apology or disco
