Flowers looked good in the picture but not delivered on day promised and difficult to communicate with the store or delivery person. After they weren't delivered to alternate address either, I cancelled the order.

Flowers started dropping in less than 24 hours. Verified vase contained water. Flowers being redelived but now not needed. Event has passed.

Called and was told that you would put in a taller base. Was assured it woukd be changed. Not what I had wanted and very disappointed.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THE ROSES WERE ACTUALLY DELIVERED!! The order was placed weeks before Valentine's Day BUT WERE NOT DELIVERED. I am very disappointed with the service.

Very disappointed. The flowers were beautiful but delivery was terrible. Arrived 8:00 that night. I called at 4:30 and was told they had been dispatched but the online status didn't change until 7:00 saying it was out for shipment. This was not a last min

Flowers were to be delivered on Valentine Day by 5:00 but did not happen.They were delivered the next day.The Blooms were already opened.Waiting to see how long they last.This is the third issue I have had with deliveries.

I don't know what happen this year but it was not good. First they did not delivery on 2/14. Second I could not get anyone on the phone the next day 2/15. Then finally they called on 2/16 and delivered around 5:30PM on 2/16. Really no apology or disco

These flowered were NOT delivered and I have been charged for them. I have also gone out your website asking for help and called your customer service department. A bouquet was deliceeed but not this one. I was charged for two bouquets. I am not sure how

She never received the flowers, special Valentine's and her birthday. She waited at her place of business until 6 oclock...no show. Very bad customer service! Will have to rethink about doing business with your company again.

The flowers were never delivered on Valentine's day. The driver stated that our address was invalid, but that is not a true statement, we have had previous McShan Florist deliveries to our address.

Was very disappointed in the sparse arrangement after paying over $80.00. Florist had to be contacted numerous times for a photo. They did nit even have my correct contact info. No excuse as i submitted it in writing online.
