Failed to deliver flowers (that were ordered on February 8th) on Valentine's Day as well as the following day on Thursday Feb 15th (even after having to call for the 3rd time and talk to a Customer Service Rep). Disappointing execution on behalf of McSha

The flowers look nice in this photo but I rate it 1 star since It's been 4 days since I placed the order and the delivery still hasn't been made. Very unprofessional and definitely do not recommend buying from mcshans.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day; driver claims he states he attempted dlvy at 5:20 but no attempt was made; my daughter is the receptionist at the dlvy point and no attempt was made; very disappointed

Delivered valentines flowers to my mother late at 9:45pm. Very disappointed. I understand this survey is re the flowers which were they were fine, but this is a service issue.

This was a re-do from 2/13 because the flowers turned brown on the 1st day. Shorted one rose and the "hearts" came completely undone.

Valentine's Day flowers were never delivered. This is the 2nd time McShan's has failed me on Valentine's Day. Their arrangements are beautiful, but don't count on them to deliver. Don't get McScammed like I was (twice)!

We purchased the upgraded FTD Exquisite Tribute Standing Spray. This picture has about 1/2 the flowers of the picture on the McShan website. I will be attending this service to see these flowers first hand but this is a very disappointing arrangement.

We attempted delivery and found the business to be closed, despite no time being requested. We apologize that we did not know that it was a business and that it would be closed.

I am disappointed in this arrangement. I would have preferred a phone call if the crime flowers were not able to be used or the hydrangeas. I have sent this arrangement probably 25 tines and have never been disappointed as I am with this one. My error was

Placed 2 orders for A dozen roses for my wife and a dozen roses for my daughter. I was charged for both but only 1 dozen was delivered and the message written for my daughter was sent addressed to my wife. Pretty poor, pretty poor...

It is after 7 in the evening and no flowers. Here all day, 130 bucks, several phone calls to McShan got cut off first time after waiting 15minutes, thereafter just busy signals. Poor service for Valentin's day
