I am disappointed in this arrangement. I would have preferred a phone call if the crime flowers were not able to be used or the hydrangeas. I have sent this arrangement probably 25 tines and have never been disappointed as I am with this one. My error was

It is after 7 in the evening and no flowers. Here all day, 130 bucks, several phone calls to McShan got cut off first time after waiting 15minutes, thereafter just busy signals. Poor service for Valentin's day

The flowers are not all pink. There are no pink tulips… but it does have 3 stargazer Lily's that are purple, three pink roses, alot of pink carnations miniature & large, a couple of purple hyacinths, purple chrysanthemums. I did get the square case. But
