Very disappointed flowers were ready at 12:40 but not sent until 4:20 and didn't arrive until 8:50 two hours and 50 minutes after she got off work

Hope those star gazers are not wilted. They sure look like it. The whole arrangement looks like it was made up yesterday or on Monday. Hope this wasn't a mistake. This was not cheap. It looks like from this picture it came from Kroger.

The flowers are not all pink. There are no pink tulips… but it does have 3 stargazer Lily's that are purple, three pink roses, alot of pink carnations miniature & large, a couple of purple hyacinths, purple chrysanthemums. I did get the square case. But

Be sure you look and analyze every “little” icon when ordering from this florist. I ordered early one morning the day before the date I wanted the flowers delivered and because I didn't check this “little” icon, mine was the last to be delivered that day.
