Be sure you look and analyze every “little” icon when ordering from this florist. I ordered early one morning the day before the date I wanted the flowers delivered and because I didn't check this “little” icon, mine was the last to be delivered that day.

Horrible customer service. They just dropped off ribbon without looking at arrangement to see if ribbon would fit which it didn't . The funeral director had to take off sticks and find pins so he could pin to the cross.
