That is the worst looking poinsettia. I feel ripped off. It should be three times that size and full for the price I paid. You should be sending flowers that are worthy of your reputation not this junk. I could have done better at Walmart. I'm beyond

I upgraded my order to "Deluxe" because it included full size roses. Does not appear from the picture that the arrangement sent has them therefore, I should not have to pay the higher amount. Please adjust my bill to only bill me for the basic arrangement

Compared website picture and picture above and my arrangement doesn't appear to be of the upgraded "Deluxe" size. Also the colors do not flow like on website and vase isn't fancy as shown.
