Horrible customer service. They just dropped off ribbon without looking at arrangement to see if ribbon would fit which it didn't . The funeral director had to take off sticks and find pins so he could pin to the cross.

That is the worst looking poinsettia. I feel ripped off. It should be three times that size and full for the price I paid. You should be sending flowers that are worthy of your reputation not this junk. I could have done better at Walmart. I'm beyond

I upgraded my order to "Deluxe" because it included full size roses. Does not appear from the picture that the arrangement sent has them therefore, I should not have to pay the higher amount. Please adjust my bill to only bill me for the basic arrangement
