First. The flowers were delivered to me instead of the intended recipient Yvonne Chaplin to whom I've been sending McShan flowers monthly for almost a year I admit that I may have contributed to the misdelivery by ordering online instead of by telephone.

Really disappointing. I thought for $55 we might see a little more effort put into the arrangement. How about throwing in a few pink spray roses for goodness sakes?! Instead it was all carnations, baby's breath, purple daisies (purple???) and greenery
