Very disappointed. Flowers looked fine when upon arrival but less than a 1/2 day later they were completely wilted. Only flowers at the service that were wilted. I expected for over $140 for them to hold up through the service. Will not be ordering from M

The photo of the Bella flower set that is online DOES NOT look like the one that was sent. I was very dissapointed for paying 108 dollars for this photo. Poor service. I will not be using this company again.

That's awful. It looks nothing like the one shown online. At least add some more flowers or something. That is a sad looking arrangement for someone's birthday.

McShan has always exceeded my expectations when I send flowers except for this order. I was extremely disappointed when I saw the arrangement. I called immediately to let them know and to see if they could create something else. They said it was "already

I have been using McShan since 1964 when I entered Bryan Adams and have never been disappointed. My parents use you as well for many years.

Extremely disappointed. I specifically asked for pink roses and pink gerber daisies. Why they decided to contrast the roses and the daisies is beyond me. It meant a lot to me to get the order correct for the memorial and error can't be undone.

For what I paid (a) I expected a much larger arrangement and (b) I expected the arrangement to last at least 7 days. Have had better results with ProFlowers on the internet. No more NcShans

This is better, still not seeing a lot of the purple and where did the carnations come from. Should be more roses. Very disappointed in service - maybe time to find another florist.

I was expecting something larger and more impressive for $85. This is disappointing and looks smaller than the $65 sample you have on line. I was also expecting some fruit as pictured on your website.

We paid for the deluxe version to be delivered and this looks more like the basic version. There were supposed to be a couple roses in it and for the money these were not worth it.

The flowers that was received at the memorial were not the picture above. The ribbon was a purple with a silver streak down the middle & 2nd the flowers were not open like this picture. I was embarrassed at what was received.

Those were terrible and were supposed to be changed out for azaleas prior to the funeral and they were not changed out. We were so embarrassed when we saw them. They were the worst looking flowers there. Not worth $20 let alone $65.

This is the most god awful piece of crap. $55 for this???? If you going to have an arrangement that is photographed on your website without the rock filler, then deliver such. This looks terrible. There is not height to it, no fullness. It is an aw
