I've ordered from McShan for over 10 years. I will never order again with them after the latest incident. I made a mistake and ordered my Mother's Day flowers on the wrong date (5/20 delivery) - my mistake. I caught my mistake and called the store at 8:30

The flowers look beautiful from the photo but since we never received them even after saying if you get lost here's the number in the instructions. The delivery person didn't even open the gate to walk to the front door to ring the doorbell. Instead left

I know you have flexibility to substitute flowers, but I chose this arrangement because of the Texas boot in the picture and the flowers in the arrangement. I have never been disappointed in your choices before, but this time I am very disappointed.

What is this???? the flowers that I ordered cost $95 and in a large vase. Do not deliver this my mother!! I am calling for a refund since you guys obviously cannot fulfill what I have ordered.
