I'm not exactly pleased with this arrangement. It appears to be very lopsided. No balance of color either. It looks like someone just gathered up pieces of whatever you had left and threw something together.

I was very disappointed. I do not feel this was a good value. I paid to upgrade the arrangement and it looked the same as the basic arrangement. This does not look like a $120 bouquet to me.

I am a little disappointed in the flowers that are being sent . I have used your service several times and the quality of the roses just don't seem up to par . I only see 8 roses in this picture as well . Very disappointed

For paying extra for deluxe, it does not look like it. The order picture is fuller and the green spray is not like the description. Disappointing.

Flowers were wilted and leaves had holes. One or two leaves looked like a dog bit them. They were for our anniversary/Valentine's Day and we were disappointed. I called for a replacement and none was sent out.
