All the needed information was provided when the order was placed, but the order was NOT sent to the funeral home. We also did not get a call to say that it wouldn't be delivered - they just never showed. Will not order thru McShan again. Also - the ratin

I don't like the tall pieces. Also, I was under the impression that the same arrangement (flowers) would be used, but put in a vase. I did not want a colorful arrangement.

Flowers were not delivered until close to 5:00 and the recipient had left for the day. Additionally, an email confirmation that the flowers had been delivered was not send until the next day. Poor service, especially considering the $15.00 in-town deliver

I'm not really happy with arrangement. It looks a little common, I'm sorry. I asked for greenery which was long and wispy. That would not have cost that much money. I'm really disappointed. This arrangement has no pizzaz and not worth the cost.

I ordered a pale pink arrangement for an infant funeral. I said white flowers could be substituted if necessary. The only thing pale pink in the arrangement are the stargazers. There is nothing wrong with the arrangement, it's just not what I ordered.
