If I could give this a ZERO rating, I definitely would. Compared to the actual deluxe picture, the arrangement that was made is pitiful at best!! I am hoping this was not delivered yet, so that the order can be done over. It's nowhere worth what was paid for.

The picture o website showed ornaments on tree. Someone sent me a photo of the new and improved arrangement which was the exact same photo as the first. This is deceptive advertising in your website. Ridiculous !!!'

Heard late in the day that my order couldn't be delivered because the driver had nobody to contact to open the gate at the retirement complex my aunt lives in. There's a huge call button outside the gate that says call for assistance. Deliver was a day late. Nobody seemed concerned about this when I called to inquire. Horrible customer service for a long time customer. There are a thousand other places to order from so that's what I'll do in the future.

I ordered this for my aunts funeral and it's supposed to be a broken heart. The white and purple flowers look more like the letter W than a lighting bolt or a resemblance of a broken heart. I'm hoping that the company will resolve this issue with me as I am very disappointed.

This is the second time this year that I have placed an order of a floral product from McShan. It was sent to my sister in the hospital, Presbyterian on Walnut Hill Lane. I am, once again, disappointed. I've done business with McShan for many years. But- this decorated Norfolk Island Pine, while it has lovely red bows and ornaments, the tree itself is deficient in shape & not pleasing to the eye- as far as what I can see in the photo you emailed. I think I'll need to rethink any future purchases.

I have been a customer of McShan Florist it seems forever because you bill me. I have never been disappointed in anything you have done in the past. THIS is no McShan quality of work. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! The sunflowers were very wilted. For what I paid for this arrangement, there should have been fresh flowers. Embarrassed to have my name on them. Should have just left the wilted flowers out of the arrangement.

Plant delivered is different from plant ordered. It took two phone calls to get to this plant. I love getting the photo - otherwise I would not have known that the plant that I ordered was very different from the plant that was delivered. This is not the plant that was ordered.

I am disappointed and would not have ordered this arrangement. It looks like some kind of tree rather than simple azaleas in a basket. I have used McShane florist for over 40 years and I am truly disappointed.

This was not what I had in mind. I asked for a plant and also asked how tall it was. I wanted a tall plant. The types in mind were green-leaf plants. I can send a picture of the types if this would help. I did not have access to the website at the time. I tried to explain that to the representative. I do appreciate the timely delivery within the time frame when I requested the order.

Call office and requested this plant be replaced. This is NOT a $200 plant. The orchid is one stem and should be at least 2. The hydrangea looks as though someone picked a leaf from a hydrangea plant. I requested a large orchid. Please call me 214-770-8562. This is not acceptable.

The flower arrangement in the photo looks beautiful. Unfortunately, my daughter in law never received the order. When she had not received it by 4:00 pm on April6 th I called the Florist and was advised it was out for delivery. At about 6:40 pm I received an e-mail stating the delivery could not be mede. "Need additional information." I had a copy of my receipt that was e- m ailed to me. All of the information was correct and my daughter never left the house that day. I cannot begin to tell you how upset and disappointed I was. Iit was after hours so I could not speak with anyone who could help me. I called the Florist first thing the next morning and spoke with Susie who was very professional. She looked at the driver's note and confirmed that the information was complete for delivery. She agreed to reimburse my credit card due to this service failure. Very dissapointing.
