Im disappointed. I don't see any Calla lilies, and was told it would be a little brighter. Anyway, it can be altered?

I've been using McShan Florist since I moved to Dallas back in 1993. Literally every time I order flowers (even if they are going out of town), I let the pros at MaShan's handle it for me. And the results have been perfect every single time. They have never missed a delivery. But more importantly, everyone I've ever sent flowers to has been delighted and impressed. Would have been great, but you didn't deliver the flowers even though someone was confirmed present at home at the time of delivery. Now you're delivering tomorrow? Day late, dollar short… missed the mark.

The arrangement was even more beautiful than expected. I had requested Lillies in the bouquet, the choice of red and white Lillies with the red roses is simply gorgeous. I always order from McShan's for this reason, they go above and beyond!

In the comments I asked for a yellow ribbon. I would have a paid extra for it had there been a place to add it online. I use you all for all of our class memorial flowers and this is the first time you all didn't add a ribbon. Iam just disappointed that it look so plain.
