I'm just getting a top view not an all around view of the arrangement. My other arrangement purchased last November was defined and sharp and shaped. I'm not getting the visual of these two arrangements

We regret the lack of a full view and apologize that the picture does not give you a better one. However, we want to make sure you get exactly what you want. Therefore, when you come into the store to pick up your arrangement, we are happy to change anything you like.

Our beloved and very kind brother Jimmy passed away and this casket arrangement which I ordered was absolutely beautiful. Delivered where it should have been and looked so very perfect. All the flowers were fresh and the blue was colorful. Thank you for taking care of him! GiGi

Disappointed in service I received. I ordered something they did not have in stock. To replace cost more. They were not willing to accommodate because they were out of stock. I was notified a day after I placed order that they did not have the item.

We do apologize for the delay. We had the pot and saucer in green or terracotta colors, just not the white. White would need to be ceramic, and yes, that does cost more. I’m happy to say we’ve reordered the white option, so we’ll have those back in stock soon.

Had used McShan Florist in the past when I was working. Had not used them in years until today and I still love them. Top notch service. Everyone is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Bouquets are always amazing, and I love their gift baskets. Highly recommend them!!

I'm disappointed that the arrangement doesn't have any white flowers since they are always sympathy flowers. The picture of the one I ordered online had white gladiolas I believe. I'm rating it a 4 since it didn't have any white flowers
