The arrangement is nice..... I did expect it to be more fuller than the picture.... after all you said that I paid the extra fee it would be much nicer....and that it would be delivered 04/02/25.

We had to make sure it was ok with the hospital for the recipient to receive plants in ICU. If you are not happy with the garden, please give us a call to discuss. We are happy to help.

I ordered pink and white flowers. This looks like red and yellow in there. And the balloon is ugly

Jeanette, We do show cream-colored roses. The flowers in your bouquet, however, are actually hot pink. The flowers and the balloon may also not be to your liking. The customer service team will be happy to work with you to rectify the situation. You can reach us at 214-324-2481.

The plant looks different from what I ordered from the Catalog on line. It appears as it doesn't have enough plants and didn't see a ball from the picture online.

Beautiful flowers! Delivery driver left with neighbor since my friend wasn't home. I really appreciated that. Otherwise, they would have wilted and ruined quickly.
