This garden basket was delivered promptly and was a pleasant surprise to the recipient. She sent me a picture of it when it was delivered, and it was beautiful. McShans customer service is the best!

We ordered this beautiful flower arrangement from Houston, Texas off the website. Most of the time when you pick from a picture you never get what they advertise but this florist was on point! I ordered online and when I called the store directly, received very patient and polite service by the woman over the phone. I love that they send you updates and a picture of the delivery items! It's helpful when ordering for someone out of state. Great experience for all :)
