Lizbeth was great and very very helpful. Flowers looked amazing but was missing something special, as i was leaving the store and hopped in my car, I said its missing a wow factor. I couldn't figure out what it was til after I had given them to my mother. It was missing a big ribbon (bow) around the vase. That would of made it look more special and so much nicer. Not sure if they offer bows but none was mentioned or offered. Nonetheless, my mother loved them and gushed over them. Thanks Lizbeth.

Their arrangements are always spectacular with timely delivery. Have used McShans for years and I highly recommend them.

When I ask for delivery at the front door of the old brick house out front, that means leave it at the front door of the old brick house out front. We were expecting thunderstorms today which would've turned packages to mush, but ended up with psychedelic chocolate mud-pies from the packages sitting in the sun on the front of the new cracker-box trailer house for 5 hours. The non perishables are fun & my bride loves them.

No! I don't like it at all, because this is not what I paid for. If this is the bouquet you delivered to my mother I am extremely disappointed and infuriated. This does not look anything like the one I paid almost $200.00 for…I could have gotten this for $20 at Fiesta, are you kidding me??!!! Baby breath?!! Where is that in the original picture??? I'm so mad if this is what she got for Mother's Day ! 😡🤬 you owe me a refund or an original bouquet to her, the one that I paid for. I don't even want to give you as single star… if this is the case. I need to speak to someone immediately !
