Why are you asking for a rating of your services when you have not even made the delivery as of 9:41am 5/9/2026. I asked my wife if she had received her so called surprise delevery, which she looked up your email to me about the rating of your services. I will remember this screw-up by you and re-think any future orders!

The lilies were not fresh! I took them out; no FRAGRANCE. The one showing in the arrangement (only really good one) went quickly. Roses were smaller than ones in the past. But they are pretty. This family sends roses to me 3 times a year. This bouquet was not up to your usual excellent standards this time. I love your work and have sent and received flowers from you for years.
