This picture of the flowers does not look like the order which was placed. The order placed was a $110.00 arrangement and this does not appear to be that. Disappointed if that is what you delivered the physician

The photo on your online website shows a dark brown container which would be suitable for a funeral. The actual delivered plant was in a galvanized tub which does not look at all appropriate for a funeral. The plants themselves look great, but I'm embarrassed that it was delivered in a galvanized tub. Far too casual for a funeral. I thought McShan would know better. I'm sorry I recommended your shop to other family members for this funeral. Yes I like getting a photo.

I was somewhat disappointed. I asked for Royal blue netting under the flower corsage but I received blue ribbon instead. I only asked for silver ribbon which was fine, but the blue ribbon should have been see thru Royal blue netting. Disappointed.

I have been doing business with McShane for years and this is the first time I've been disappointed with the finished work. The spray did not look like the website and I was told after calling them and asking for it to be corrected it would be. Well the finished work is not quality and for the price I'm very disappointed. This spray was in honor of my dear friend who God called home. She doesn't deserve to have any disappointments.

Nice bouquet but is nothing like the bouquet I chose. Disappointed as the florist has always created bouquets close to the ad photo.

Order was suppose to be purple cali Lilies and white stargazers lilies. The white cali lilies began to turn brown and wither their second day of receipt

I paid extra to have them delivered between 12pm and 2pm on Friday, May 6th but they did not arrive until after 4pm. Also when the flowers arrived the yellow stargazer lilies were already beginning to wilt and curl on the edges. This is not the kind of service I have grown to love from McShans.

The bouquet looks underwhelming in this photo. Hope it looked nicer in person.

Flowers were left on the porch but thankfully my mother found them fairly quickly. After delivery on Friday, they were wilting pretty badly by Mother's Day. I was not impressed.

Disappointed in the appearance, I ordered Telefora's Dancing Beauty bouquet, This looks nothing like a picture on the website. Too much greenery not enough flowers!

Is this really a medium size plant? and it's one sided as if some stems are missing.

Whimsy bouquet on your website showed three sizes. Value, classic, and deluxe. I chose the classic, this looks nothing like the picture on your website much less flowers than I ever expected.

The flowers did not seem as fresh as I thought they should have been and it was not as creative as I was expecting, it was just an average bouquet therefore was over priced.

I am dissatisfied with this order, I specifically ask you all to place a GET WELL SOON BALLOON in this plant. This plant isn't presentable at all, with this tall stick in it. You may call me at 214-815-3608.

Arrangement (roses) looked a little messy. Requested more babies breath.

I truly appreciate receiving the photo Unfortunately, the photo does not show the brown tips of many parts of the fern. If I zoom in, now I notice it since I know where to look after having seen the plant. Other elements in the planter were also wilted and the plant did not look as vibrant as the photo shows

I'm not a fan of carnations and this seemed to have more than the arrangement I was trying to replicate. Also, you were out of the vase I had originally wanted. It was pretty, just not what I'd envisioned.

The picture on the website showed a double stemmed orchid. I'm not sure a single stem orchid is worth $80?

This was a cheaper second cousin of the plants in the website. It looked like a third-grade class project. I wouldn't recommend ordering it for anyone.

Honestly we paid $205.00 for the best arrangement and this doesn't look any bigger than the picture that was shown which was the medium version. Not sure it is worth the money we paid.

I spoke with Cynthia concerning some minor adjustments to this easel spray. Thanks for always being so accommodating.

I do not like the green planter, and the plant looks small for the price I paid. A blue or white planter would have looked pretty. Thank you for sending the photo.

The picture shows a pineapple but the one I ordered didn't have
