Weren't there supposed to be 12 red roses? I saw only nine.

If this is your premium arrangement, I'm certainly glad I didn't go with standard arrangement. I wanted something special but could not get a rep on the phone. Used this florist since the 80's. Very disappointed.

Not what I was expecting for $85.

Hey McShan, I had asked specifically for no baby's breath and to put eucalyptus instead. Just disappointed! Usually great service!

This looks less full than the picture, but when I go back I cannot tell the difference between the value and the premium I paid for. I guess the hydrangeas are not as full??? It just looks sad. We love McShans but this is not up to the standard I am accustomed to

I am very disappointed that the 1st attempt delivery was not done right. how embarassing for both recipeints. It kind of took the joy out of the ill friend receiving the right gift on the 1st time.

Roses were already bloomed at 5:00 pm deliver time. Next morning, rose pedals were already dropping off. Requested replacement order, unacceptable for $100+ cost. Not a good standard quality delivery for McShans. Customers since 1970s. Not sure I'll we'll be calling for next service need.

The end result looks nothing like the planter on the website. Not worth the cost.

The photo on your website was a beautiful white ceramic pot sitting on a wooden stand. I'm very unhappy with this worn blue wood box. Not what I ordered for a friend who's parents just passed away.

Even though these flowers were beautiful, I specifically asked that ABSOLUTELY NO CARNATIONS BE IN THIS ARRANGEMENT. As you can see it is full of pink carnations. You did not listen to my verbal request nor did you read the Additional Instructions in the online form.

I thought maybe it would have been a fuller and the bow appears to be assemble by someone with no experience at all it making a bow

It looks bad today the photo is different from the first photo. 😑

This doesn't seem as special as I had asked for. It doesn't have silver bling. There's too much heavy greenery. The gold sticks look odd.

I am not picky and McShan arrangements are always beautiful and that's why I ordered from you, but I'm not extremely happy with this arrangement. It looks more bare and lopsided than I would expect. I also highly dislike the orange ribbon …the color and that it covers the few flowers on the arrangement. Does it match anything in the floral design? I'm disappointed because this is my children's arrangement for their grandfather. I'm sorry, but it doesn't look like what expected. I feel it needs just a few more flowers on the left because with the banner, it looks unbalanced to me.

I appreciated getting the photo. However, it showed me that you did not send what I ordered. My order was for the Deluxe Monet Poinsettia, not a standard red poinsettia. Was the Monet poinsettia not available? Should I explicitly state no substitutions if I order from you again?

Not happy with the arrangement. There are too many carnations and not enough roses. When ordered, it showed more roses.

Very disappointed. I paid for deluxe, this doesn't look as nice as the pictured normal arrangement. It frankly is not as nice as something I might have grabbed at Whole Foods. Will not order from here again.

I ordered 6 white and 6 red roses. There are no white roses.

I loved receiving the photos. I ordered a premium size. This basket looks smaller and more compact than the regular size shown on the site. That is the reason that I paid more. I thought the plants would be much more substantial. Is there anyway you can change it to make the plants taller and more of a premium basket?

I was disappointed with the amount of flowers that came. I thought there were roses as well. It looked sparse considering that I paid alomost 90 dollars for it. My aunt was also disappointed...it was her 84th birthday and very special to her and us.

WE HAVE POINSSETTIAS TWICE THAT SIZE FOR THE SAME PRICE. I HOPE MY CUSTOMER IS NOT UPSET WITH THIS ORDER.

Friday they looked good . Saturday not so good Sunday bad and several pedals were about to fall off . Would have thought they would have lasted longer .

Not even have half a dozen of roses? For $90 maybe a spider mums could have been thrown in also I don't know, but I know it's not full enough...needs more greenery of fluff maybe those white steamed flowers that stand tall? Does not have enough accent to give the WOW factor needs to be fuller!! I guess recommended designers choice should allow your designer also. My last 2 arrangement purchases were impressive this one was not...Disappointed this time :(

Flowers looked squished and whole arrangement looked shabby. I was very disappointed especially since it went to my boss and also because I don't expect this from McShan.
