I'm disappointed in the dull colors of the flowers used. I hope is is prettier in person. It does not look like the arrangement I chose. I understand substitutions, but this was not a good substitute.

I ordered pink roses, white lilies, purple gerber daises. I specifically said no snapdragons and no hydrangeas. Can't believe I paid almost $150 for this arrangement. If you can't deliver what a customer wants should call them regarding substitutions.

For $275 this is not as striking as I had hoped. One of the flowers I requested was gladiolas. I don't see any in this arrangement. This arrangement looks "Messy" to me.

The flowers are all squished onto one side. The other side has zero flowers on it. I'm pretty disappointed. You can even tell from this picture that they're squished into each other. The other side of the vase has zero flowers. This was a deluxe order...

This is for my daughters prom bouquet and I don't think I like the long pieces hanging out. Would it be possible to cut them down to make it more of a rounded bouquet? I do love the colors of the roses though.

I requested lilies be included and I see one and 2 unopened buds. I even paid extra. And purple roses? Those are not realistic. Not too happy for $108. I hope it looks better in person than in the picture.
