I just don't think the plant looks as nice as I thought it would for spending $100. I'm disappointed.

The lilies have not yet bloomed its been three days now, i think the original bouquet was 7 roses, one stem was broken and was left in the bouquet that i received. The bouquet wasnt as full as it should have been for a deluxe bouquet without the lilies.

The Lilies never bloomed, its day three Now and the lilies are still closed. I think it was seven original roses because one stem was broken and left with the six pink roses that were delivered.

In my house for 48 hours and the roses were noticeably dying. See attached photo. Not the healthiest roses I've ever purchased. Wife not happy!

This is nothing like I ordered. Extremely disappointed. Don't take orders if they can't be fulfilled. Something has changed at McShan and it doesn't seem like the same place I've dealt with for 30 years.

One rose was broken upon delivery. The receptionist at Annette's work told the delivery driver. The driver removed the broken rose but didn't tell Annette. My dozen roses turned into 11.

I got the premium upgrade. Supposed to be at least 6 roses and two Lillie's in regular order. Enhanced in the premium. I don't see it. This picture doesn't look as full as the original catalogue picture. Maybe it is but I can't tell that from the pic. I

I was not happy with the flowers sent. I asked that the flowers have tight buds and the sales person said that they would be buds. As you see they are in full bloom. If buds were not available I would have liked to be notified. I am very disappointed.

Well you pay for an upgrade, but everything about this looks smaller than the advertised product. Maybe it's just deceptive photography in the advertisement for this, but it just seems so skimpy for such a price.
