This is nothing like I ordered. Extremely disappointed. Don't take orders if they can't be fulfilled. Something has changed at McShan and it doesn't seem like the same place I've dealt with for 30 years.

One rose was broken upon delivery. The receptionist at Annette's work told the delivery driver. The driver removed the broken rose but didn't tell Annette. My dozen roses turned into 11.

There's too much greenery and the placement is unbalanced! There's a single flower standing through the top! Doesn't look like much care went into the appearance of my arrangement.

I got the premium upgrade. Supposed to be at least 6 roses and two Lillie's in regular order. Enhanced in the premium. I don't see it. This picture doesn't look as full as the original catalogue picture. Maybe it is but I can't tell that from the pic. I

I was not happy with the flowers sent. I asked that the flowers have tight buds and the sales person said that they would be buds. As you see they are in full bloom. If buds were not available I would have liked to be notified. I am very disappointed.

Well you pay for an upgrade, but everything about this looks smaller than the advertised product. Maybe it's just deceptive photography in the advertisement for this, but it just seems so skimpy for such a price.

I don't understand. This photo looks like the photo of the "standard" version on the website and I asked and paid for the "premium" version. It was my understanding the that the premium would have more flowers.
