It does not look like a dozen roses that I ordered and I also upgraded it to the premium package. Please confirm the dozen roses and it looks awfully small as well.

Im extremely disappointed. You told me you send the photo before the delivery but i recieved the photo the same time as the delivery. The arrangement cost about $50 more than flowers.com using the same type and color flowers and for one less of each type.

Very disappointed in this specific delivery given all the great experiences we have had with McShan florist First, the order I made originally was not fulfilled correctly. Luckily I saw the photo and was able to call in and have McShan correct the order

Maybe the picture doesn't show them, but I don't see any roses in the arrangement. Roses were the main flower I wanted in order and also to include some tropical flowers (which I can see) as well.

The lady who took my order was rushing. She misspelled my mother's name. No recap of my order. No thanks. I spend too much money here. Second time I have not received the flowers in the arrangement as stated on line.
