The arrangement is fine. The vase is bad meaning my dead grandmother would have liked it. I've had persistent issues with McShanin this regard. I wish you all would find some contemporary vases, in keeping with current moder trends.

We were unfortunately disappointed with the spray. I had asked for gladiolus and roses and there were a few . But the focus besides the Lillie's were carnations and mums which I would never have ordered.Also, the spray looked a little wilted. For what we

The plants don't even fill up the basket - this arrangement does not look like the picture I ordered from and the bow is awful. I am very disappointed.

Had the bow changed to all silver and a streamer added to the top. But, when I seen this at the funeral it looked really bad. So disappointed. I have used McShans for almost 30 years. Just had a hard time believing this came from them. Not the design

Looking at the picture, I am a little disappointed. The plant is not that full, and the bow could have been better. The basket is not pretty. Sorry, just being honest.

The pink balloon was already busted when the delivery guy brought them. McShan never delivers like that! Everyone noticed it and it was my birthday! So disappointing!

The arrangement you sent was not what I ordered. I wanted red carnations, white flowers and a red ribbon. I did not like the peppermint carnations. I came to your shop so I could show you what I wanted. It didn't happen.

The lady on the phone was lovely, however this does not look like the premium version of the arrangement as shown on your website. A bit disappointed as this arrangement does not appear to have nearly the amount of greenery expected.

Thank you for the photo of the flowers. We were disappointed that the pink flowers were very small and did not show up as well as the online photo. We selected this arrangement because the recipient loves pink and there is more white flowers than pink.
