This was the previous week's order! No flowers were ordered for this delivery!! Called and had them picked up. Three weeks in a row there have been issues; hope they get their act together.

This is the 2nd funeral arrangement in 2 days .. same arrangement and so disappointed in the looks of the $95 cost arrangement.. I expected flowers in bloom not green buds that might bloom later. I have used McShan for 40+ years ... just not up to the e

I upgraded rye cost of the arrangement from $75 to $85 expecting more fullness with the flowers . Instead the flowers looked almost lost in the vase and were not even blooming .. I hope they don't die before they have a chance to bloom ! Not very happy fo

I up graded it and thought it would have more flowers in it. The picture shows different flowers.... like lilies and more fall leaves. I really don't like sunflowers at all and the picture didn't have them.

The type of mum plant sent has smaller petals that curl inward, giving this an appearance from a distance of wilting. We assure you that the plant is healthy and beautiful. Hi - While the flowers were beautiful, I felt that the size of the arrangement was quite small for $100 spent. I was disappointed when I saw the pictures. Is there anything you could do here?

I was disappointed. The flowers looked stressed like they had been moved around. I thought tbe balloons would have come on a separate string and not inside of the arrangement.

The arrangement was much prettier online and did not have carnations in it. For $60 (plus delivery = $80 total), I would expect something more than carnations, which are ugly and cheap. I'm disappointed and will likely use a different florist next time I

It is not as pictured. It is missing the hydrangeas, one of the things I liked best about the arrangement I chose. It does not look full at all.
