I've been a customer for many years and have always been pleased however this time I was very disappointed. The red roses were good but the pink roses wilted after the second day.

Neither my mom nor I was impressed with the selection of flowers delivered. I sent a less expensive selection to my grandmother in Baton Rouge, LA and her arrangement was far more impressive and it was $20 less. I also was charged sales tax from McShan's

Not the plant we ordered nor the color of the azalea. A pink or blue hydrangea would have fit our request better. White is not a cheerful color to me.

Truthfully for $97.43 I expected prettier; this picture and a Grading System for the flower arrangements should be added to your website, I would grade this a “C” the ones on your website are all A+.

Once again. You guys actual arrangement misses the mark. The picture here. Nothing like website. It's uneven in the vase. Whoever is doing these. Need glasses. I would cancel. For $81 again. Disappointed. Again. You guys never are wrong.
