Compared to the image on your website that I thought I was ordering, this bouquet looks very scant with bald spots and droopy tulips. The greenery and fillers looked more lush in the image online. For the amount of money I spent, I am not 100% satisfied a

Angela, thank you for your review and feedback concerning the fullness of the arrangement. As we discussed, the photo taken doesn't always do the arrangement justice, and it is actually much larger and more full in person. We are so glad that your mom enjoyed the arrangement.

The actual flower arrangement does not look like the online photo. The greenery used as vibrant as the photo. Not happy with this arrangement.

The red flowers are making an "X" across the spray. They need to be rearranged so that the red and white are evenly balanced.

Not the plant we ordered nor the color of the azalea. A pink or blue hydrangea would have fit our request better. White is not a cheerful color to me.

Truthfully for $97.43 I expected prettier; this picture and a Grading System for the flower arrangements should be added to your website, I would grade this a “C” the ones on your website are all A+.

I franky was disapponted. I paid for a dozen white roses and added an extra $30.00 for at minimum of 3 white hydrangeas to be added. I saw the arrangement at the service and there weren't a dozen roses - just 8 or 9 and 2 and a half of the tiniest hydrang

I saw these at visitation the evening that they were to arrive. Room was cool but flowers looked like they were starting to wilt already. Not worth the money.

Very disappointed. Nothing like picture. There was suppose to be a lighter color contrast - lilac flowers - which is why I decided on this particular arrangement since that was the color theme of the shower. And the roses are so big they take over the

The flowers are usually awesome but this time, there was mold, decomposing leaves, and wilting underneath. I must have missed this when I left the shop with them. Normally our purchases from you last 7-10 days. These barely made it 3 days.
