Flowers are beautiful but as mentioned in a response last night delivery continues to be a big problem. I believe you should stop taking orders that you are not going to be able to deliver prior to 5 pm. For some reason flowers I order don't make it unt

I was very disappointed that I specifically requested blue hydrangeas and no daisies. I paid a large up-charge and neither request was met.

When we visited the new mother one day after these were delivered we were shocked not only at how small the arrangement was - but that it was already dying. Very disappointed.

Very different coloration. I chose deeper pink or red roses in the example. This is faded pink and rather plain looking in comparison. Very disappointed. It is for my mother's 96th birthday. Wish I had chosen something else.

Flowers were wilting by 6:00 PM day of delivery for Visitation. Additional changes I requested & paid for were NOT made. NO DUTCH IRIS as per picture, bunches of undedetermined pale lavender things. Requested less yellow, more red, got more red... Baby

I requested something Romantic and Blue and told them I did not want a stock arrangement. This is definitely a stock arrangement with no character. You were recommended to me by Gordon Boswell in Fort Worth and I have never had a disappointment from them.
