McShan Florist, Dallas, TX - Customer Flower Reviews

This was a sympathy plant for a teacher a my school.. I would expect a larger plant for the price and a prettier container including a bow. This looks like a brown trash can. Very disappointed. I always use McShans for our staff. If this becomes the norm I'll be looking elsewhere.

I was disappointed when I saw the arrangement. the flowers did not look fresh and the angel statue was crooked -- it even shows in the picture you sent to me.... :(

From the picture on your website I thought it much larger like a plant in a vase on the floor. I received a picture from my son that he received a small vase that fits on his dining table. The quality is nice but the size doesn't fit the $55 price.

I sure hope it looks better in person, it doesn't look like a 200 dollar arrangement in the photo, it looks rather small. Sure hope I hear from the recipient that it looks great. :(

Good morning! Long-time McShan customer here. I must say I'm hoping this looks better in person than the photo. The vase looks more like a jar. I paid $95. Quite honestly, I'm embarrassed but maybe I shouldn't be the one embarrassed.

Flowers where very beautiful but that Wilted very very very quickly. We have had much better in the past from McShans

I was very disappointed as I picked this arrangement and upgraded to the large size for two reasons - the number of roses and the multiple white lilies. As you can see, there are no lilies so the and I only see one or two roses. This is an inexpensive version of what I ordered. I would have liked to see other flowers as substitutions - not bows.

Order was much smaller and cheaper in appearance than what the deluxe version depicted. It had a very cheap looking bow and decorations. Also the website link listed Highland park florist so for someone not from Dallas this was extremely deceiving and was over an hour round trip

I saw this in person. Was not so impressed. It did not look completed. It was not balanced, had spaces that were open in person. Vase was whimpy! My friend has serious cancer, I wanted it to bring joy and balance. I do appreciate the photo.

Other flowers looked pretty until About the 3rd day. Evidently it was 3 plants in one pot. And several branches just stuck in the pot. So, after a short time, it looked awful! Not a long-term flower like a poinsettia should be.

I have bought prettier fuller poinsettias at walmart. This looks old and tired. Disappointed-again

I asked for a different color ceramic pot. Received call from 2 different people. Savannah last one. Told her I was driving there to see the pots as I did not want white. Got there and this was shown to me. I spent gas driving through traffic. You guys seem to do this every time. Pretty disappointing during already stressful times. Appreciate the fact you filled my order and getting it delivered. Think it's very important you guys follow the customer's order requests first. Not your own.

McShan did great. I liked everything about the process.

Long time customer and I have never complained before. But I thought it would not be difficult to send purple and white flowers. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The first picture sent (thankfully not delivered) did not include purple flowers, but instead, pink flowers. My wife described the all white arrangement (since purple was not an option) as a funeral arrangement (just missing the cross). Love the job that you guys do, but would have preferred just being told up front that my request could not be met so I could contact another florist.

THe flowers you sent were lovely, HOWEVER, they are NOT what I ordered. I ordered Pink carnations and was assured you had them in stock at the time I ordered htem.

Plant was ok. I was expecting it to be more full. I called and ask to change the card. It was not corrected. Thanks.

Seems like a lot of greenery for just having raised your rate

The picture on the website had more flowers. The one you prepared for me does not look as good. Can you correct it?

What was delivered did not look like what was pictured when ordering.

My special instructions were for a red bow to be put in the floral arrangement. There is not one. It's beautiful, but not how I ordered it.

Hi McShan, I love getting the photo, but a bit disappointed. Expected some red berries, red foliage and doesn't look professionally put together like the website pic.

spary was missing some flowers and didnt like the leaves

The picture on the website has a lot more flowers and a lot more blue flowers. It is also not near as full. Some of the flowers in the ours are still green and are tilted down.

Not as pretty as the picture. Second time this has happen and McShan has not been up to par with their flower presentation. Will give you guys one more try. If you fail again I will take my business elsewhere as it seems that your standards have gone way due. down.
