I am very disappointed that this the SECOND arrangement I have received from McShan's that within 2 days there are completely wilted and drooped over flowers!!! Not the quality that I used to receive. My husband even told the salesperson on the phone about his complaints about the previous order and he was assured this order would be fresh and flowers would not completely wilt in the first 2 days!!!!! Please be aware I have lived in this area for most of my life and McShan's Florist has always been my first choice of florist for any and all occasions however I may need to make a different choice especially based on the increased cost of arrangements and the poor quality of these flowers.

The plant was delivered in a timely manner. Upon delivery, it was very nice and well taken care of during transportation to the church. Our aunt loved the plant and will care for the plant for many years to come in remembrance of our cousin. Thanks
