I just sent an email with pictures. The arrangement arrived beautiful on Wednesday, but already on Thursday had wilted quite a lot. I did add water when they arrived. Normally your arrangements last really well, sometimes weeks, so we're surprised these ones aren't holding up as well.

I upgraded the six roses due to the picture but I had to call. I see only one tulip not two was added. The arrangement is not what I expected
