Arrangement looked great but unfortunately most had died within 3 days even after adding water. After some investigation it seemed as if many of the stems had not extended all the way into the water.

I hope this is not a public review. While I love the items in the photo, I am disappointed in your delivery. I called yesterday and specifically asked that you call the recipient to plan delivery time. The woman I spoke to repeated my request, then said “OK, I'll take care of it.” No call until there was a delivery attempt today. Nicholas called the number back… no answer, no way to leave a message. They couldn't leave the gift because of the wine. If Nicholas had been called as I asked, this hassle could have been avoided.

The flowers were and still absolutely beautiful! I really appreciate the photo preview and I must say the actual arrangement looks better in person. However, I am disappointed in the delivery time...around 5:30 pm (end of day)! I realize that delivering on "Valentine's Day" is hectic, but I hope going forward some type of improvements will be implemented.

Hi, on the website the flowers for this option were much more full I only see few red flowers dispersed throughout. This is disappointing to be honest. I would also like to see the bottle plus the packaging otherwise everything is great.

The bouquet is pretty but when ordered on line it showed white baby's breath included. I do not see any in this arrangement. A white contrast with the standard green leaves and red roses would have been nice.

It looks great, but the $65 version did look bigger on line. It seemed to have more flowers. I can not tell If the balloon is small (like a mini) or regular size (like a plate), but it would make the arrangement TINY if it is a mini… can you put the size of the vase dimensions on the website or an item to help understand size of the arrangement ordered, especially if the number of flowers is different in the photo than the actual result? That might help people understand expectations. Or maybe a straight on view rather than from above may help… actually both would be highly recommended. Thank you!

Not fond of the tall plant in the middle. Just looks like it was stuck in there. The one I ordered was more together not small plants and one big one all by itself

I paid extra for before noon delivery and that didn't happen, the arrangement arrived at 5 pm. I called customer service twice to try and track down where the delivery was so that was not an optimal experience. However, despite the hassle, the arrangement is beautiful.

I did not like this arrangement, it looks cheap and it was not cheap price wise.This was a disappointment 😕, Mc Shane has always provided beautiful arrangements.I should have went with another florist.since yours stock was limited and every plant I mentioned was out of stock! I wanted a standing ivory! Glad you sent me a picture of the arrangement.

The arrangement is lovely, however, I selected this arrangement from your website and ordered the middle cost specifically because it had 3 white roses in it. I don't see any white roses in this arrangement! Have you delivered this yet? You compare!! I would like a refund on the roses I paid for

Was surprised to see lemons and limes in a fruit basket sent to a hospital room... they aren't readily edible for someone without a kitchen.

I wish there were pink flowers in the bouquet pastels color flowers. This is for a lady. It looks more masculine.

Appreciate the photo. Not really close to what we originally ordered (was called to say the flowers were not available, though the arrangement is entirely different (the pot vs tray). Not unhappy per se, but it is pretty different.

Looks good but thought it would have more roses and some lilies in it like the original picture showed online. All I wanted to do was change out some of the WHITE Roses for Colored roses.
