Overall, looks great! Feedback would be that the card is too large for the flowers as it takes away from the arrangement.

Appreciate the photo. Not really close to what we originally ordered (was called to say the flowers were not available, though the arrangement is entirely different (the pot vs tray). Not unhappy per se, but it is pretty different.

Looks good but thought it would have more roses and some lilies in it like the original picture showed online. All I wanted to do was change out some of the WHITE Roses for Colored roses.

I know the gallery photo showed pink ribbon. But it also showed pink azaleas. I love the red azaleas even more than the pink, but would have thought a ribbon matching the color of the petals would have been an automatic adjustment. Plus the ribbons looked rushed and haphazard. Love the tree, not the ribbons.

I do like getting a photo. It is not what I expected for over $100. I was not expecting something that looked like a Christmas gift. I only wanted a large blooming red or pink Christmas cactus as this was for the family of my cousin that died. I thought I had explained that and just never expected Christmas ornaments on a very marginal looking plant. Maybe I expected too much.

This was sent as a birthday floral gift, I found it to be plain as it relates to ceramic container. Being that it is Christmas season it could have had some other type of additive such as pine greenery. I was disappointed.

A bit disappointed. I asked for red and yellow flowers and maybe white fillers. Small pink and purple flowers on top of large red and yellow blooms doesn't look good to me. Not the quality design I've come to expect from McShan's.

Have used you for many years and always happy and have recommended you to family and friends, but the plant I ordered yesterday seems a little sparse and doesn't look like a $100.00 dollar plant! A little disappointed!

A very nice arrangement… it was esthetically very pretty. However, I felt it was incredibly overpriced. I felt taken advantage of at a vulnerable time.

The photo in the image shows the flower arrangement and a candle to be delivered on Wednesday, together. Sadly no one let me know that the candle was not delivered to the recipient with the arrangement. It took 3 days for the candle to eventually be delivered. Communication should be key with the customer.
