Hello I see the arrangement but I can't tell if there are more flowers on the back side of the arrangement. I guess I expected more colorful flowers in a bigger vase. Thanks for the photo, I like to know how the arrangement looks. Thanks,

It was beautiful but not exactly what I had pictured in my head and I thought it was too expensive for green plants and one orchid plant. I appreciated getting a photo.

The plant is beautiful but it was supposed to be deliveried at 10:00 but instead it was delivered during the memorial service. How embarrassing was that and that has not happened to us before and I hope to never see it again. Can you imagine having a memorial service and here comes a delivery man in with a plant to lay down. We also called about the plant and was told it was a few minutes away and that was 10:00 when it was supposed to be delivered but instead it was delivered at 11:20 during the memorial service.

The flower arrangement was beautiful. Exactly like the online picture shows. But if there are no Sunday pick ups or deliveries, the online system should really be changed to reflect that. I was able to purchase for a Sunday pick up and when I got there, the store was closed and no one called to notify me. I was so upset.

I really appreciate receiving the photo. The recipient is the founder of The Heart of Texas Therapy Dog organization, who is celebrating her 20th year of serving our community. The arrangement is lovely, but most of the red roses have opened up fully or are close to doing so, which means they won't last much past a day or two. I feel like I've spent a lot of money and was given short coded merchandise.

This arrangement is okay. However, really wanted the arrangement to have blue and gold (yellow) that complimented each other. But, the yellow overshadows the blue which appears to be more purple than blue.

There was no bow on the flowers!!!The person I spoke to did not tell me that I should wait until the morning of the funeral to have the flowers delivered. Because they were wilted. $211.00 is too much to pay for wilted flowers!!! Thanks Tina Allen

This arrangement was much better than the first one that I received picture for. I did ask for different pink flowers and a little white, with no carnations or lilys. This one will be fine, but it seems like the quality of arrangements is just not what I have seen from McShans before. I'm not sure why those two stems sticking up at the back were even placed in the arrangement. Again, it is fine but I just expect more from McShans.

The arrangement is nice but appears to be a Luther Garden without the birdie or color flowers. I ordered a Serene Retreat arrangement with a different style holder. However, the price is the same. Thank you.

The message was botched so much so that the recipient of the flowers shared it with employees. I feel that call-in orders should be recorded. Other than that, my experience is always pleasant. The arrangement was very nice and it made our employee feel special.

The flowers were very pretty but was not what I was expecting based on the photo I ordered from. There was not as much variety in the flowers and I feel the size of the arrangement definitely did not reflect the price charged.

Loved the original design of the Paris bouquet as pictured on the website and understand that sometimes that the pictured flowers will not be in stock but the end result was my order was not what I hoped it would be. I love that they send a photo of your order but by the time I received that photo and called the bouquet was on the truck so no changes could be made. Of course it was Mother's Day so they were super busy but I think next time I'll try to request a photo before it's set to be delivered. Otherwise ordering and communicating is easy and they are responsive - have used for years.

I called on Saturday and provided my feedback, but the arrangement already had gone out for delivery. Historically, the roses that I've ordered from y'all (over many many years) have been buds and not fully bloomed upon delivery. When they are buds, they last much longer. In this situation, the roses were delivered on Saturday and are not even going to last a week.

Thanks for the picture! It is a pretty arrangement, but not what ordered. I expected to see more Gerber Daisies as these were prominent in the pictured order as well as the softer colors. I sent my son-in-law a picture of what we ordered so he would know what was coming. I'll update his information so he won't be surprised when it arrives.

I was disappointed in the banners as you could not really read what was on them unless you were standing close. Also by the time of the service Friday some of the flowers were already wilting.
