The incorrect name was written on the card, my niece name was Ericka Olivia-Evans Fields and the salesperson wrote Ericka Olivia-Evans Seal. In addition to the flower, I asked for orange roses with an orange ribbon and she selected pink roses and pink ribbon. McShan has always exceeded my expectations on previous orders, however, I don't know what happened with this order. By the way, I enjoy receiving the pictures of the arrangements. The picture you show on your website at $200 is much fuller than the arrangement I received and I added an additional $50 to ensure a full arrangement. I had to substitute the Lilly because you didn't have them for more roses but I'm not sure what the spikey looking white flower is. I am disappointed in the arrangement because it appeared much sparser than I anticipated given the arrangement shown on your website and the additional money added.

I said I wanted it a simple arrangement. There is way too much filler in this arrangement. Also, the leaves at the water level were not removed, which makes the arrangement die faster. The yellow rose was not a rose bud, but a fully open rose, which also means it will die faster. BAD JOB DONE ON LISTENING TO WHAT I WANTED AND THE WAY THE ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE TO NOT LAST ANY BUT FOR A FEW DAYS.

Sent this to my granddaughter following surgery. I was disappointed in the quantity of flowers (over the top with “fill-in greenery”). Would have preferred a smaller bouquet if that's what $60 gets me. Also, the bouquet lacked symmetry. I probably could have arranged it more attractively and I have no skill in this profession. I had assumed the bouquet would be larger. Although you sent a photo, I didn't get to my email until the afternoon. It was just my lack of understanding the size of a $65 bouquet. After looking again at your website, it would appear I'd have to spend $95 to get the bouquet size I really wanted. The flowers were lovely but I had hoped for a larger bouquet so I was disappointed.

It's a nice arrangement just a little bland with the white flowers and the cream colored planter base. I liked the pop of the purple flowers that were shown for this arrangement when I was ordering, but I understand that substitutions may be made due to availability. Perhaps consider using a colored planter when using the white flowers in the future. Both being white/cream colored looses some appeal.

10 days prior, I ordered the exact same flowers for a friend after her surgery. It was beautiful, had every thing I ordered, and delivered on time. This time, I ordered the same flowers for my mom's 75th birthday. It was beautiful and delivered on time. However, the mylar balloon was missing, which was paid for, and I am disappointed that it did not make it as it certainly makes the occasion more festive.

The arrangement looks good, but it doesn't seem like it resembles the deluxe, which is what I paid for. I know the pictures cannot be exact. I'm a little disappointed in what my wife will be receiving today.
