The flowers were supposed to be purple!

The flowers were beautiful; however, they were not delivered until moments before the funeral service began. This was also the case for the other arrangements and the funeral spray for the casket. The late delivery was disruptive and caused unnecessary concern for family and friends who had gathered to honor a loved one

It was just a little smaller than expected.

Does not look as striking as photo when ordering. Order photo has a variegated plant in front.Have been ordering from y'all for 49 years and this is second in 3 months that has not been up to McShan's product.

The arrangement picture is pretty, but does not look like the website design that I ordered

Asked for a few roses when placed order. Next order will ask for a call before order is shipped.

The plant I picked was larger and more different types of plants in it. This doe not look the same

Picture on website had more roses and i thought the$5 mylar would be a full size

The Butterfly Garden arrangement is gorgeous, but I do not see the two butterflies in the photo. However, I do see two items the same color as the beautiful bow.

I don't think in the years I've ordered from McShan that I've not been pleased with the plant or flowers delivered. On Friday when I saw the pic, I immediately did not like the plant. I've ordered the same plant in the past month and it was much fuller and just an overall beautiful plant. I called to express my concern and I must say, it's so nice that McShan stand by their quality of work. I was told the plant delivered could be replaced today and that makes me happy. I just want the recepient to receive the beautiful plant I assumed she would get. I'm rating based on the original delivery and hope once the replacement is delivered, I will have another opportunity to provide more positive feedback on the replacement. Thanks for working with me and ensuring the plant is replaced.

It's okay.

I don't like the purple hydrangeas. They are supposed to be blue. The purple clashes with the vase.

I am the giver, not the recipient, so I haven't seen the actual arrangement...only the photo. I would love so much to give a 5 star review, but I can't. The picture of what I ordered show a beautiful tall cylindrical container swirled with the colors of the flowers. That container made it ete-catching to me. It also lifted the flowers up off the counter and had a happy feel. But the picture of the actual arrangement is plain squatty black and the flowers almost touch the counter. The flowers also are not arranged in the same eye-appealing way. The actual arrangement looks a little droopy and sad.

nice flowers but just doesn't appear to be $125 worth of flowers at all - I honestly expected something more exotic looking and I don't care for the green hydrangea-looking flowers at the bottom - the vase is awfully plain too - I'm sorry to complain - my family was in the wholesale flower business in Tyler for nearly 60 years and I know how much work goes into creating good arrangement

The plant is fine. I asked for an ORANGE BOW on each order

I never got what I asked for....an orchid dish garden with multiple orchid plants. It looks like you just repurposed the orchid I had previously rejected and busied the pot with other plants. I cannot recommend you for that reason...your efforts cannot be confused with 'results.' What you sent, was not what we had discussed. I am embarrassed by this gift to my friend. '

If this is the actual picture it does not look like the one I choose on-line.

Not what I ordered. Not sure why designer couldn't make arrangement more like the one I ordered online since person could see the picture of it. I will say they looked better in person. This picture was a side view. Had the picture been taken with a complete frontal view it would have been more accurate to how they really looked. Appreciate that Savannah kept working with me to get the right arrangement delivered.

Service 5 stars. I was expecting for the price something more. For the amount of money spent I don't think is a good value.

I ordered a smiley face base and this is a chicken. Am a long term McShans customer and have had a couple hiccups with orders as of late. I would not have sent symbolism of a chicken to encourage her strength. On a good note, she liked the flowers.

Honestly, I was not impressed. The picture I based my purchase off of was a much brighter presentation than what my wife received.

I love getting photos of my orders. The arrangements had more greenery than flowers. I was told that there would be filler flowers to balance out the arrangement. I would have liked to see less greenery and more filler flowers.

Ordered Modern Lovely Deluxe that has regular size red roses, received Modern Devotion that has pink lilies instead of red roses and is $5 less. Had delivered on 02-13, incase of problem. Can't get through on the telephone to talk to anyone on 02-13 or 02-14. When calling get message to hold then line hangs up on me. Pretty arrangement, but didn't want lilies. Ordered a week early I order to get what I wanted.
