The picture you show on your website at $200 is much fuller than the arrangement I received and I added an additional $50 to ensure a full arrangement. I had to substitute the Lilly because you didn't have them for more roses but I'm not sure what the spikey looking white flower is. I am disappointed in the arrangement because it appeared much sparser than I anticipated given the arrangement shown on your website and the additional money added.

This did not look like a $100. Arrangement to me! First time ever, it was pretty but not as usual.

I wish it could have had some red flowers also.

It's really pretty, but for $100. I thought there would be more flowers?

Don't see any roses

I said I wanted it a simple arrangement. There is way too much filler in this arrangement. Also, the leaves at the water level were not removed, which makes the arrangement die faster. The yellow rose was not a rose bud, but a fully open rose, which also means it will die faster. BAD JOB DONE ON LISTENING TO WHAT I WANTED AND THE WAY THE ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE TO NOT LAST ANY BUT FOR A FEW DAYS.

Sent this to my granddaughter following surgery. I was disappointed in the quantity of flowers (over the top with “fill-in greenery”). Would have preferred a smaller bouquet if that's what $60 gets me. Also, the bouquet lacked symmetry. I probably could have arranged it more attractively and I have no skill in this profession. I had hoped I could build a relationship with a local florist for future purchases. I will keep trying. Thanks for asking about my experience. Julia Mast

I had assumed the bouquet would be larger. Although you sent a photo, I didn't get to my email until the afternoon. It was just my lack of understanding the size of a $65 bouquet. After looking again at your website, it would appear I'd have to spend $95 to get the bouquet size I really wanted. The flowers were lovely but I had hoped for a larger bouquet so I was disappointed.

Honestly, it looks a little dark. There looks to be more greenery than flowers and the flowers are not as bright and cheerful as I would have expected.

It's a nice arrangement just a little bland with the white flowers and the cream colored planter base. I liked the pop of the purple flowers that were shown for this arrangement when I was ordering, but I understand that substitutions may be made due to availability. Perhaps consider using a colored planter when using the white flowers in the future. Both being white/cream colored looses some appeal.

Looks a little fuller on the left and a gap on the right? Needs a flower on left front. Not exactly what I pictured.

GOSH, I HOPE THE FLOWERS ARE IN BETTER SHAPE THAN THE PICTURE SHOWS. THE DAISYS LOOK LIKE THEY ARE MISSING PETALS AND IT IS NOT AS FULL AS THE PICTURE. PLEASE REASSURE ME THE ORDER IS BETTER THAN THE PICTURE. $120 IS A LOT. LOOK AT YOUR PICTURE UNDER YOUR WEBSITE. LINDA CARMACK

10 days prior, I ordered the exact same flowers for a friend after her surgery. It was beautiful, had every thing I ordered, and delivered on time. This time, I ordered the same flowers for my mom's 75th birthday. It was beautiful and delivered on time. However, the mylar balloon was missing, which was paid for, and I am disappointed that it did not make it as it certainly makes the occasion more festive.

The arrangement looks good, but it doesn't seem like it resembles the deluxe, which is what I paid for. I know the pictures cannot be exact. I'm a little disappointed in what my wife will be receiving today.

Wish it had larger or more flowers.

I ordered the deluxe flowers but this picture does not look like the deluxe picture on the order site. The order site shows at least 4 yellow roses fron the 2 dimensional view. Rather disappointed.

I'm a little disappointed because I requested a blue vase and was told that McShan's did have and would use a blue vase, since that is my daughter-in-law's favorite color. The arrangement looks average.

I'm sorry to report that I'm disappointed with my order. I love McShan and I've been happy with many orders but this one did not look nearly as impressive or as large as the upgraded $100 arrangement on the website that I ordered.

The arrangements are beautiful! Only problem, I requested 10 inches wide and 28 feet niches long to run down the center of the table, these were closer to 20 inches wide, sadly we had to remove the arrangements from the tables while guests dined.

Arrangements looks great but not exactly what the pic on the website. Looks like it's missing some orange flowers. Love getting a pic if the arrangements

Maybe it's the picture, but the arrangement looks crooked. Too many greens. I expected more flowers.

11/15 -I feel that is not exactly like the picture that I want. There should be a lot more roses yellow roses like the picture that I order from please this look like it might be $50 I ordered a $70 arrangement. Please make corrections and send me another picture. Thank you Alice McCloud 11/16- do u have any miniature yellow to fill in with daisies please? I NEED THIS ARRANGEMENT TO BE AT THE HOME BY 1:00-1:30 TODAY PLEASE. NO EARLIER AND NO LATER BECAUSE SHE WILL HAVE TO LEAVE FOR HER WORK. Thank you

Pros: I liked the basic arrangement that I asked for. Getting a photo was a nice touch. The delivery driver was cordial. Con: It was supposed to be a surprise 65th birthday gift for my wife, but we got a call from McShan concerning the fact that I wanted the arrangement to be a basic roses only-cat friendly arrangement. My wife looks over to the caller-ID and says, "We're getting a call from McShan Florist" and I have to pick up the phone to answer it. Of course, any surprise immediately explodes. We laughed, but still...

Like getting the photo. Don't love the colors as much as the ftd photo. Never love carnations. Doesn't strike me as deluxe. Looks like regular size. Maybe you should tell people what actual colors will be available at the time you make it.

Not quite like the picture shown on the website. Could have been a little more full for the price...
