looks slightly empty

The bouquet that was advertised was all red roses. The photo above has carnations and a couple of roses only. It's a fine bouquet, but it's very, very different from what was advertised and what I purchased. Yes, I would like to see a photo of the actual bouquet, if possible. What time was the bouquet delivered to the Redus household. I know that Margaret Redus will be thrilled to receive the bouquet. Thank you. Barbara Dogger

Again, not impressed with the quality for the price. This is the second order recently that has really disappointed, may be time to find another florist.

I did not get any pink spray roses. Got a lot of white carnations. Nice bouquet but not exactly what I ordered. Don Beauchamp

I don't like the vase. I would have preferred a round clear vase. Not as full as I expected. I like seeing what I purchased. Excellent idea!

The roses should have been pink or red. Too many carnations. Alstroemerias maybe. Those tiny white flowers in the vintage vines arrangement would have been nice. Can't see the arrangement completely.

I asked for spring colors. This looks like fall colors to me. I also said no carnations and it looks like there are some in the arrangement. First time I've bee disappointed in one of your arrangements.

Plant was not full and looked skimpy

Lovely arrangement but not as colorful as the pic in the order.

It's cute, but I wish the duck had been smaller and the flowers bigger. Don't feel like it was a good value at all.

Very pretty. Could have been fuller for the price. There was way more greenery and fewer flowers than I expected. The cross was lovely. Yes, I like getting the photo

Is this the Classic arrangement, which I ordered? It looks more like your Value bouquet. Take a look at your website and compare the two. It appears to be missing some of the roses.

I absolutely like getting the photo. I paid for the upgrade of this style. It looks a lot smaller and less dramatic than your picture of it on your website. Because of this, I am rating it a 3. I feel like it is more like the lower end than the $125 range. So, not happy based on what I paid.

The plant is nice but I would have liked a black or green pot.

Unfortunately, this photo looks a little messy to me. I have had to call on my last two orders to get them redone. A little disappointed. Thank you for the photo. I was pleased with my rep Cynthia who was very helpful and allowed me to vent. Thank you.

This plant is beautiful but it was supposed to have four or five white blooms in it. Is this what was delivered? Why no blooms? Thanks for sending a picture.

I ordered the deluxe and expected it to be much bigger than this picture. Is there any way you can add more flowers to this? P.S. I love getting a photo, though.
