Wish it had larger or more flowers.

I ordered the deluxe flowers but this picture does not look like the deluxe picture on the order site. The order site shows at least 4 yellow roses fron the 2 dimensional view. Rather disappointed.

I'm a little disappointed because I requested a blue vase and was told that McShan's did have and would use a blue vase, since that is my daughter-in-law's favorite color. The arrangement looks average.

I'm sorry to report that I'm disappointed with my order. I love McShan and I've been happy with many orders but this one did not look nearly as impressive or as large as the upgraded $100 arrangement on the website that I ordered.

The arrangements are beautiful! Only problem, I requested 10 inches wide and 28 feet niches long to run down the center of the table, these were closer to 20 inches wide, sadly we had to remove the arrangements from the tables while guests dined.

Arrangements looks great but not exactly what the pic on the website. Looks like it's missing some orange flowers. Love getting a pic if the arrangements

Maybe it's the picture, but the arrangement looks crooked. Too many greens. I expected more flowers.

11/15 -I feel that is not exactly like the picture that I want. There should be a lot more roses yellow roses like the picture that I order from please this look like it might be $50 I ordered a $70 arrangement. Please make corrections and send me another picture. Thank you Alice McCloud 11/16- do u have any miniature yellow to fill in with daisies please? I NEED THIS ARRANGEMENT TO BE AT THE HOME BY 1:00-1:30 TODAY PLEASE. NO EARLIER AND NO LATER BECAUSE SHE WILL HAVE TO LEAVE FOR HER WORK. Thank you

Pros: I liked the basic arrangement that I asked for. Getting a photo was a nice touch. The delivery driver was cordial. Con: It was supposed to be a surprise 65th birthday gift for my wife, but we got a call from McShan concerning the fact that I wanted the arrangement to be a basic roses only-cat friendly arrangement. My wife looks over to the caller-ID and says, "We're getting a call from McShan Florist" and I have to pick up the phone to answer it. Of course, any surprise immediately explodes. We laughed, but still...

Like getting the photo. Don't love the colors as much as the ftd photo. Never love carnations. Doesn't strike me as deluxe. Looks like regular size. Maybe you should tell people what actual colors will be available at the time you make it.

Not quite like the picture shown on the website. Could have been a little more full for the price...

I have been a customer of McShan's for 30 years. Yes getting a photo you sent was a nice touch, however the photo my friend sent to me when she rec'd the flowers did not look quiet a good as the photo you sent. It wasn't the quality I remember McShan's being. For how expensive flowers are these days, honestly I was disappointed.

Nice getting a photo before delivery. The delivery person was so very nice. Nice arrangement. The bouquet was seriously undersized compared to what it appeared to be on the webpage. I didn't know they made dwarf roses. That's on me. Sadly, I expected a bit more for the amount I paid.

The arrangement is okay. Could've used a little bit of baby's breath to tie in more white. I requested an all white arrangement.

The flowers are nice. But they are an older person's asthetic. A little more youthful look (no carnations, asters, bachelor buttons, calendula, or zennias. No old lady flowers.

It's better, but I specifically asked for a peace lily and there still isn't one in this arrangement.

Great to get a photo but the arrangement is not as nice as pictured in the order.

Not same color as ad. Ad showed yellow as predominant color, this photo is predominantly white.

Hi - I do like receiving the photo. I understand once the lilies open, it will look better but no Wow factor at all. It doesn't have the height and subtle placement of the example online. Looks compressed, no Queen Annes lace, which I know is available. Not worth the premium price.

I was a little disappointed, especially for the price. I would have been livid, but I know there is a flower shortage, so I'm taking that into consideration. That being said, the arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered - which was many different bright colors and many different flowers. What I got was 100% red carnations. That's it. Seems small for price

Your website needs a update, when you do add one. I call and told person what wanted and they directed me to the website telling I can do everything on the website. Now I did that and checked out and paid. I get call saying I can't do and that and l need pay more. The money wasn't a problem, having check out again.

I'm underwhelmed that this is $150 worth of flowers. I ordered 1 dozen red roses & all I can see/count in the photo is 8 or 9 along with a couple of other flowers. Looks like more greenery than anything to me. I think I'll go with the value priced ones if I order again instead of premium with a bunch of filler.

Thank you for sharing. The greenery is nice, height is good, but it does not have the extended width (at least 10” from the edge of the container) including fullness going around the bottom of the dish. I also request the some greenery drape down as per the picture I shared on Saturday. Each one will be sitting on top of a tall vase on several tables. However. based on the current photo, I am afraid the greenery will definitely be lost in its current status. Need more width and some greenery draping downward. To be honest, I was a little disappointed that the container was just the bare pot with no wrapping like they put on other plants. It was just like it was stuck in the container and a card placed on it. I'm usually pleased with what I purchase from McShan Florist, but this time I was not. I felt like it should have had some kind of embellishment, like maybe a bow or something.
