I don't see any blooms on the plant.

The color of the arrangement was beautiful, but I thought for the price we paid that the arrangement would have been fuller with more flowers instead of more green. It's not close to the picture in your website. Not sure if it met it's standards.

I appreciate receiving photos. I send many arrangements from McShan both personally as well as through my employer Pivot Building Services. This is the first time in many orders I have been unhappy. I am disappointed in this arrangement. It doesn't look as nice as the Teleflora's One Fine Day photo of the online.

I'm not impressed with this arrangement. I was very busy this morning and didn't get to check email. When I did check the arrangement had already been delivered.

Not what I'm used to getting when I order an Exotic arrangement. You guys usually come through with a Bang

The flowers are lovely, but the order was supposed to be an Angel!

I thought it would be bigger. That's the illusion on the website. Still a pretty plant.

It was ok. It didn't look like the arrangement on your site, but the recipient was happy. Yes, I do like getting a photo.

Ask to make arrangement has close as possible to pick on website. Should include blue hydrangeas, white lilies, white alstroemeria. Light blue delphinium, dusty Miller and variegated pittosporum.

The flowers were very pretty but the delivery was awful.

The blue was disappointing. I thought it looked cheap. The pink was beautiful.

The recipient of the plant was not happy with it. She said it was drooping and felt like it hadn't been watered, as the dirt was very dry. I have never had that kind of issue with your florist and I was quite embarrassed by her response It was a birthday plant to help cheer her up as she has a terminal Illness and found the plant depressing. I can't fix this, but hopefully you can.

It's not the colors on the picture I chose. I loved the lavender color. That is why I chose that one. Do not like the yellow.

I'm disappointed. This spray does not look as full as the spray on your website.

Not a fan of the lilies sticking out or the dusty miller ....not sure what else you'd use though. Do appreciate the photo...great that you do this. Thank you

The arrangement was beautiful, but not quite what I had requested. I went to McShan's to pick what I wanted. I spoke with an arranger and knew some items might not be available. However, the white blooming plant was not as big as I requested. I also specifically requested the prayer plant, which I understood to be available, and the tin was not the darker fluted tin I saw when discussing the arrangement with the staff/arranger.

I was under the impression more carnations would be added from the photo on the website.

I was super disappointed I wanted more flowers added to that arrangement I spent 100.00 instead of the pictured 75.00 .very disappointed I have ordered from y'all for many years

The Deluxe was $130 and I offered to pay $160 for a more Fuller Arrangement and I Did Not See it At ALL! I'M SORRY, I've been using y'all for many years. My mother use to use y'all way back in the 90's, that's why I started using you. I was really disappointed this time. I thought there would be MORE Purple, that's why I chose this arrangement. YES, I do like getting the Photo, I did not get one the last time I used y'all, when I sent the "Hot Air Balloon" earlier this year. My mother sent that to my daughter when she was 13 years old and she just thought that was the neatest thing! So I sent it to her again this year for her birthday March 31st. I think that's when it was!

While it's only a photo, the white and purple flowers look wilted.

Ordered "McShann Coffee Break", received picture of a small box of cookies. I think you should have shown the assortment of coffee packets. I called McShann and learned that indeed the order does contain the coffee packets. I've been shopping McShann since the 70's.

For the price I paid I really expected a bit larger arrangement.

Pretty, but not nearly as many flowers as shown on your website. You have more greenery. A little disappointing considering the price.

I think the colors are too fallish. I like pastels better. Jo I love getting the photo.
