I was actually very disappointed when I saw the plant in person. I was told it was 3-4 ft tall. It was lucky if it were 1-1/2 ft tall. It was pretty but not tall enough! I appreciate the picture.

I don't see any Bird of Paradise which usually is in the exotic tropical arrangement I've ordered from you in the past.

Sorry don't like spider flowers fall on the floor a lot, flower do not have any height too flat looking

It does not look quite the same as the picture on your site. It is missing the big star burst orange flowers. It does not look like $125.00 worth. McShan usually does better then that. I am a little disappointed. It looks flat. I am glad you sent the picture.

Flowers were beautiful as always. I checked the $5 additional fee box for delivery before noon, they were delivered at 2:20pm. Not sure if I was charged with all the different fees listed on the invoice. I usually tip the driver on the invoice but didn't see it as an option this time, maybe I missed it. Neither not worth pursuing…

I ordered a bright happy bouquet. This is dark and depressing. Disgusted. You no longer get anything right!!!!

Although pretty the one online has softer colors of pink and coordinated better

Would be helpful to see sample arrangements of the price point. This is incredibly small and surprising to see (what looks like) 4 flowers and 1 succulent for $135

It us very nice but I wish there were more flowers and less leaves

The arrangement is not as large as I thought it would be. But it is lovely and my sister loves it.

Wish it looked more like the online picture.

Disappointed

This doesn't even look close to what I paid for. Very disappointed with what I saw on the website and what was delivered. What was delivered is nice but not what I paid for.

I like receiving a photo. However, the flowers I ordered were not what was advertised, too much greenery and filler not enough variety of flowers. Someone should I call ahead of time to inform me that they did not have all the flowers in season. I called Saturday morning and was on hold 23 minutes, I finally hung up.

Yes, I like getting a photo for the flowers being sent. Unfortunately, the were not what was advertised online, there was too much green filler and not enough flowers or similar flowers as Advertised. Plus, when I called Saturday morning to form them, I was on hold for 23 minutes, and finally hung up.

I was disappointed as it didn't hold up well and didn't fulfill our expectation of McShan's quality from the past. It was very linear and the flowers began to die out within a couple of days even though we kept water in them. Looking at your site today there's much prettier arrangements at a better price.

The arrangement was very nice, but I specifically requested the Guiding Angel figurine. I was a bit disappointed for my loved one to receive the Jesus figurine. It would've been fine with me if it was my personal arrangement, but we wanted an angel to honor their mom instead. Respectfully

It looks ok, but I expected it to be much fuller and look like the picture on the website. I'll see what my sister says when she receives it.

Unsure how fresh the roses were!

This arrangement looks quite different from what I expected. The image on the website showed light pink roses, and there were also some baby's breath and what looks like some type of iris.

I paid for premium. Your website photo for the standard arrangement looks nicer than this. This does not look premium to me.

Looks a little cluttered, but ok. Not arranged as beautifully as the one on website.

Looking at the Bountiful Rose Basket picture and looking at the picture of what was sent - I could tell the actual arrangement was not as full and was smaller. The arrangement was nice, but for $204 - I expected bigger and fuller. It was a medium sized arrangement and I expected Bountiful. I do like receiving a picture of what is sent when I cannot see the arrangement in person but I was at the funeral service and saw the actual arrangement.

Pretty but not exactly what I ordered. Wanted light and bright. Maybe whites, pinks, purples.
