I was not very happy with my flowers that you sent. They were small and piddly. I paid quite a sum for the whole thing. I haven't been happy with the last two McShann orders I placed. I used to think they were the best flowers ever and always count on that but not anymore I guess I'll have to find a new florist thanks for the past

Are there at least 6 roses? I ordered the deluxe.

The roses did not look very healthy.

Overpriced for amount of blossoms

I ordered the same arraignment for two people. There is a DRASTIC difference in quality between the two arrangements.

I really didn't like it I was expecting something more colorful on the website the picture show colored flowers spring like flowers.. she's an older lady in her 90s so I wanted something kind of bright

Little gloomy what happened to the bright pink colors I ordered? She's not dying its Mothers day🙄

I am looking for something to stand up with medium height in a round circle with with bright colors like red, pink, yellow, white, orange and green something of that nature for a 99 years old female

I was a little disappointed with the arrangement compared to the picture on the website. I did only get the least expensive one but the flowers in the arrangement were not very open. It looked skimpy compared to the picture that I though I was getting. I hope the flowers opened up some for the person that we sent it to as she had just lost her brother. I did appreciate getting a picture of the actual arrangement that was delivered.

Website photo appears to have fuller or more flowers. I order from McShan's regularly and am a little disappointed in this arrangement based on the cost. Thank you

I don't like the Vase.The flowers are pretty.I like the fact that I got a photography of my order.

There was supposed to be purple flowers in this arrangement. That's why I chose this one as that's my daughters favorite color. And some of the roses look old. But it made my daughter smile and it arrived as scheduled.

The flowers don't look like image online. Very skimpy and not full like the quality I'm acclimated to seeing from McShan

The arrangement looks nice but would be more presentable in a basket verses the current container. I looked for a basket but didn't find one on the website. Also need the option to add a cross or other occasion appropriate item to the arrangement.

It's better than yesterday but too many greens

I am normally over-the-noon impressed with my McShan orders. This is the first one that didn't hit the same standard. I wish the colors were more closely matched to the bright pinks/purples in the original. This one has such a dark look. I know colors will not always be available, but i'm just bummed this has hardly any pink and hardly any purple. But like I said, all my other orders have been 5 stars! I'll try again next time! :)

We (Destiny Worship Center Church) use your florist almost monthly. However, we were very disappointed with our last order. It did not reflect the picture seen on the website. It appeared to be a little skimpy. Also, the delivery date requested was not met. I understand now that the hospital did not allow it to be delivered, but no one called to inform us of that. This was the Pastor of our church, and it was very dishearten to not be able to brighten his day and show him love with flowers from his congregation.

This arrangement lacks the variety of flowers that was in the photo from which I ordered. I appreciate the photo

It does not look like the picture online. The picture online has softer and rose color in arrangement.

Kinda disappointed. Bouquet wasn't as pretty as the picture and smaller too. The "leaf wrap" was taped on the outside of the vase and looks like paper or something. Not what I expected. Bummer.

Other than seeing 4 extra roses from the "value" size , this was not worth the extra $30 for the "deluxe" arrangement.
