I paid for premium. Your website photo for the standard arrangement looks nicer than this. This does not look premium to me.

Looks a little cluttered, but ok. Not arranged as beautifully as the one on website.

Looking at the Bountiful Rose Basket picture and looking at the picture of what was sent - I could tell the actual arrangement was not as full and was smaller. The arrangement was nice, but for $204 - I expected bigger and fuller. It was a medium sized arrangement and I expected Bountiful. I do like receiving a picture of what is sent when I cannot see the arrangement in person but I was at the funeral service and saw the actual arrangement.

Pretty but not exactly what I ordered. Wanted light and bright. Maybe whites, pinks, purples.

Thank you the picture. It's always helpful to see what you are sending! As far as the arrangement, I would not have chosen the color scheme. Perhaps something that was more cohesive? Also the roses seem a little old? I appreciate your service and wish you the best.

It's beautiful but thought it was going to be bigger! You can't tell by advertisement. Needs to be standing against something where you can compare size.

Much better not as dark but still not close to the picture but I understand the shipment wasn't delivered

The lilies were not open. That was why I liked it. Also too much yellow.

The peace lily is very small for the price charge based upon past orders of same plant

The corsage was absolutely beautiful. It would have been wonderful to see it on my daughter's wrist. I wish it came with 2 wristlet to fit her wrist instead of one. Due to the make of her dress we were not able to pin it on her. It did not fit her wrist, after the disappointment McShane is still my favorite place to shop when needed.

The garden bowl was "okay". I was somewhat disappointed because the actual bowl was not as full around the edges as the photograph. When I spend $60 plus fees = $80, there should be a wow factor.

I am a little disappointed...........was supposed to have a rose/s and some alstroemeria (according to the online photo) and I don't see any of either. This was a thank you gift for someone who did a very nice favor for me...........and although the arrangement looks nice, it doesn't look as full as the photo and has more inexpensive flowers than I expected. This was a $75.00 bouquet but doesn't look like it. I do like the colors which is why I chose this particular one. Yes, I appreciate getting a photo of what has been sent.

I liked getting a photo. Flowers were significantly smaller than I expected when I ordered but they are cute. Also, this was a birthday delivery which didn't arrive until very late in the day - after the birthday girl was out to dinner. So she didn't receive the gift until her birthday was almost over. I know they were delivering Mother's Day arrangements the same day and since that was on Sunday, those flowers were all early for the event. It would be nice if they could segregate the birthay items to deliver earlier in the day.

I'm a little disappointed that the beautiful sunflowers are buried in the arrangement. They were Phyllis' favorites. Thank you for the picture.

It was smaller than I thought it would be for the price and the back side was not filled in with flowers but just greenery. The flowers were nice though.

I was not very happy with my flowers that you sent. They were small and piddly. I paid quite a sum for the whole thing. I haven't been happy with the last two McShann orders I placed. I used to think they were the best flowers ever and always count on that but not anymore I guess I'll have to find a new florist thanks for the past

Are there at least 6 roses? I ordered the deluxe.

The roses did not look very healthy.

Overpriced for amount of blossoms

I ordered the same arraignment for two people. There is a DRASTIC difference in quality between the two arrangements.

I really didn't like it I was expecting something more colorful on the website the picture show colored flowers spring like flowers.. she's an older lady in her 90s so I wanted something kind of bright

Little gloomy what happened to the bright pink colors I ordered? She's not dying its Mothers day🙄
