Nice arrangement, but I am a little bit disappointed. I think I was expecting something much larger and more colorful. I have used McShan's for decades. It is the thought that counts and I know my sister will appreciate the flowers

This is not exactly what was described to me. I didn't know there would be so much greenery. I expected more of the mum and poinsettia and less filler. TP

I do not know if it is the photo, but the red leaves do not look good, and there is more red leaves, and fresher from the ones you buy in the store.

Am disappointed that the yellow roses I specifified were not in the arrangement and red were included instead. Seems like the amount of greenery to flowers is excessive. After ordering flowers from you for years, this is the time I've been this disappoint

The arrangement was beautiful. However, the next day some of the flowers were already wilting. Not sure why, I would have expected all the flowers to be fresh.

I had requested more of a nice size single plant rather than a mix of plants. I don't care for the red bow because it looks more like a Christmas arrangement instead of a funeral.

The flowers were very nice, but the delivery was a disaster. I left specific instructions for the flowers to be sent to my husband's hotel at any time prior to check-in. The hotel was expecting them and were igoing to put the flowers in the room prior to

I have never had issue with your arrangements. However, half of the yellow roses didn't open and began sagging. My Mom cherishes your arrangements and is going to buy more yellow roses to keep the arrangement in tact. This is the first time in over 25

Not as pretty as what is shown on the website. Website has orange roses and is much brighter. The yellow overwhelms the orange carnations.
