The instructions she read back included my request for a bird. This is also a little more flat in color than expected. I thought it included some variegated ivy?

I wish the designer had not assumed I wanted Christmas colors. If I had wanted a Christmas arrangement I would have order that and not A congrats arrangement.

I have use McShan's for over 40 years. I was disappointed by the way the flowers were arranged. It looked like they were just stuck in very randomly. The arrangement did not look professionally done. However, the color of the roses were beautiful.

Thank you very much for both designing and delivering this floral arrangement on the same day on which the order was placed. While the arrangement is large and festive, the unsightly anthuriums detract from the otherwise elegant arrangement.

Overall they were nice but I was expecting them to look like the image posted online when I purchased (Harper Bouquet). The image shows peach colored lilies whereas what we received were red lilies. The red lilies did not look good with the red roses. I

For nearly $90, I expected something larger. That's why I upgraded to the next size online. Maybe you could add estimated dimensions to the descriptions to help set expectations.

the glads were too tight. will prefer a green color pot. the look is not as appealing as hope. the gerbers were too dark in color causing it to blend in with the dark greenery, very disappointed.

Hard to tell how large the basket is without a frame of reference. Baskets are kinds hard to rate, but I am sure they are fine.
