Disappointed that the balloon looks like 4th of July with a fall arrangement and the roses are already fully opened and won't live long

The sunflowers were small and not faced front, they were hidden and turned to the side. It was a little disappointing as they were the reason we ordered that arrangement.

The online picture shows to have more roses and less baby's breath than the picture of what was delivered. The bear is cute.

Since the arrangement is for a baby boy's birth, I would prefer more blue and white instead of what looks like yellow and purple.

Very good customer service. Very nice arrangement at arrival. Heavy wilting within 48 hours. I specifically asked for flowers that lasted.

Don't really like the balloon. I thought it was supposed to be Congratulations Baby Girl. Don't like the red ribbon with the pink bows. Gift basket is cute.

Beautiful arrangement!! However pictures of flowers sent @12.02,but not delivered until after 6:00pm..well after business was closed!! Wanted delivered on 6/25/2018 and not received until 6/26/2018!Very disappointing!

Your flowers have always been fresh and lasted for a week or more. After the first day several of the flowers were drooping. Not what I would expect from McShan.
