Was expecting red white and blue ribbon - like a flag. Thought that was traditional when one ordered PATRIOTIC style.

Beautiful arrangement!! However pictures of flowers sent @12.02,but not delivered until after 6:00pm..well after business was closed!! Wanted delivered on 6/25/2018 and not received until 6/26/2018!Very disappointing!

Your flowers have always been fresh and lasted for a week or more. After the first day several of the flowers were drooping. Not what I would expect from McShan.

I like it, but in the original photo; there is less green. I feel there's too much green and not enough flowers like the original photo showed.

Very disappointed that the arrangement was mostly grapes, which is easily seen in this picture. Nothing like what is advertised on your website and certainly not what I expected from McShan.

This was a Baby Boy arrangement and the pic was not included in the arrangement, as pictured on the website! Disappointed! Looks like a plain arrangement, not a Baby Boy arrangement without the pic!

ribbons were not legible and were stacked on top of each other. colors were not lavender but purple. previous arrangements were much nicer. I could not easily identify the arrange as being what I ordered.

The Florist did a good job of substituting pink flowers for the orange flowers. However, I did not like the blue vase and didn't see the value for the cost of the arrangement.

For $100.00 I thought there would be more cut colorful flowers and I asked for roses the picture only shows one. Very nice but the picture does not show much color as I expected. Love the butterfly. Thank you.
