All's well that ends well. This is not what I ordered but my friend in the hospital loved it anyway. I asked specifically for an arrangement with "an overgrown English garden look, with holly hocks or foxglove or something, with ivy dangling down." This looks like a plant to me. Glad to have a photo, yes.

Still not looking like the picture online. The plant in front is fuller, but it's too big. But the ivey in the front that was in the first picture and it will be good to go.

Normally, my orders with McShan are spot on. The last name on the arrangement was misspelled even though I spelled it twice. To be fair, your office did experience a power outage during my call. I was hoping for something more spring-like. I do realize that the flowers will bloom in the coming days but few were open today for my friend's birthday.

I requested for my arrangement to look like the picture on your website. The arrangement did not look like what I ordered. I was told you didn't have some of the flowers. I should have received a call before the order was filled and delivered.

The picture on the website had pink flowers in it and in this picture it is suppose to be 12 yellow roses but only 7 can be seen. Hope there is 12 roses in the vase.

Arrangement was nice. But it was a birthday occasion, and I specifically asked for a birthday balloon. Instead I got this creepy looking happy face balloon. Was very disappointed. After calling them with my concern, I was compensated a bit for my disappointment. I just wanted the Arrangement to represent the occasion. Which was a birthday. Balloon didn't have happy birthday anywhere on it. Very disappointed.

I ordered the Coffee & Tea Tin. This is neither a tin nor is it what's pictured on the website. I hate the wicker brown basket. The person I sent it to, loved it. I'm disappointed. I'm glad I received the photo to see difference in what was purchased/received. However, I'm not happy and have never had this problem with McShan's. I guess that's what hurts the most.

Arrangement looked great but unfortunately most had died within 3 days even after adding water. After some investigation it seemed as if many of the stems had not extended all the way into the water.

I hope this is not a public review. While I love the items in the photo, I am disappointed in your delivery. I called yesterday and specifically asked that you call the recipient to plan delivery time. The woman I spoke to repeated my request, then said “OK, I'll take care of it.” No call until there was a delivery attempt today. Nicholas called the number back… no answer, no way to leave a message. They couldn't leave the gift because of the wine. If Nicholas had been called as I asked, this hassle could have been avoided.

The flowers were and still absolutely beautiful! I really appreciate the photo preview and I must say the actual arrangement looks better in person. However, I am disappointed in the delivery time...around 5:30 pm (end of day)! I realize that delivering on "Valentine's Day" is hectic, but I hope going forward some type of improvements will be implemented.

Hi, on the website the flowers for this option were much more full I only see few red flowers dispersed throughout. This is disappointing to be honest. I would also like to see the bottle plus the packaging otherwise everything is great.
