Not quite what I was expecting compared to when I ordered this arrangement before.

The plant is beautiful, however I asked for a pole ivy (pothos). ThIs is an arrowhead plant.

Flowers were beautiful but the prices have gone way up.

Not sure that this is correct. I received 2 messages showing different arrangements. The second one is what I hope was received by Ms. Baker. Therefore, no comment on this message/arrangement. Minnie Busby Titsworth

I like getting photos. Great idea! And I truly appreciated the timely delivery. However, neither of the two arrangements looked like the pictures displayed on the website. Fewer flowers and different colors in both. Very disappointing.

Colors are not what I expected

I thought it would be much bigger and prettier. I paid more for the designers choice. The recipients are very good friends of ours. It is pretty but not outstanding as we see at other functions.

Teleflora photo was better - had square glass vase instead of round plastic and used tension between lime green and pink flowers that was lost when McShans substituted red roses

Honestly, I expected more "pink" the color is not what I expected at all, I wish I had chosen yellow.

McShan - appreciate you trying again. The roses do look less opened, but again, it's the same colors as yesterday's (I did not order burgundy, yellow, and pink flowers, which do not really go together very well (as I stated in my earlier review and to the customer service rep); I ordered yellow and lilac). It appears to be the same size overall but with even less roses than yesterday's first bouquet. Clearly what is shown on the website is not what is able to be fulfilled for whatever reason. Disappointing still and now a day later in delivery.

Thanks for the opportunity to review. I ordered the medium size arrangement, and this looks to be the smaller one, as if McShan skimped slightly on the number of flowers. I counted the flowers shown on both and this is clearly smaller. The colors do not match the picture; and while I know that happens, these colors clearly do not go together very well.....so mildly disappointed

I was somewhat disappointed. I was looking for more of the white flowers to look more fuller like the original picture online for the deluxe price the reason I didn't mind paying more for the flower.

Flowers were pretty and fresh. The box that they came in leaked to some degree so we had water flowing down the kitchen counter and down the cabinets. We didnt catch it for a little while so it made somewhat of a mess. Think you need to make sure the box is water tight or find a way to prevent this in the future.

This plant do not look like the one on the picture.

Sadly, I can only give 3 stars based on the photo that was sent to me. The arrangement seemed exceedingly overpriced based on the quantity of the plants and the container. I grew up using McShan's Florist using McShan's regularly and was pleased to call upon you again to send an arrangement to my mom. I appreciated the good level of service and the communication but feel the arrangement was extremely overpriced.

Take out sooo much red. Just a touch. Maybe 3 red flowers. Mainly purples and pinks.

It's pretty, but it does not look anything like the photo I chose from.

Hmm. It doesn't at all look like the photo on your website. There is no variety of shades of purple, no variety of shades of greens. This doesn't look like what I thought it would. I'm disappointed in this one.

I'm not wild about the plain black plastic bucket it's being delivered in. The arrangement is okay.
