A bit disappointed. I asked for red and yellow flowers and maybe white fillers. Small pink and purple flowers on top of large red and yellow blooms doesn't look good to me. Not the quality design I've come to expect from McShan's.

A very nice arrangement… it was esthetically very pretty. However, I felt it was incredibly overpriced. I felt taken advantage of at a vulnerable time.

The photo in the image shows the flower arrangement and a candle to be delivered on Wednesday, together. Sadly no one let me know that the candle was not delivered to the recipient with the arrangement. It took 3 days for the candle to eventually be delivered. Communication should be key with the customer.

It's pretty although not exactly as the website picture. The arrangement is not balanced, missing several pink buds on one side of the tree. The tree has a couple of limbs sticking out as well. Unfortunately, the time or care wasn't taken as previous ordered arrangements.

3 stars. that's only because I couldn't find out how large the item was. I bought it unseen in person, only through photos, and the salesperson couldn't find out either. I finally found out AFTER the recipient called and thanked me for the gift (he was delighted) and told me it was about a foot high. I'd have been upset if it had been say 6 ins.

Why didn't you put a pink ribbon on the basket? The basket on line had red flowers with a red ribbon. I'm a little disappointed you didn't do that.

Arrangement looked nice, well put together. However, description of was was ordered, the Autumn Highlights Bouquet - Deluxe advertises featured sunflowers as the main attraction and the arrangement received had yellow daisies instead. I specifically ordered this arrangement for the sunflowers, disappointed we were not given what was advertised.

It is the correct arrangement. I did ask and was very specific to Brianna to make sure the ribbons or any of the decorations to be white, not blue only because I didn't want it over powered with sky blue.
