I do see several substitutions which surprise me since I spoke with Brenda and Savannah whom both say they checked with the designers and were told they had all the flowers available that was shown in the photo on the website. I would have ordered anyway but would have appreciated honesty of knowing what the substitutions were going to be. I'll always order from McShan as I have for many decades. Normally, I would give a 10 star rating if you had that but today a 4 star since I felt misled.

Some of the flowers look a little droopy, not fresh. Maybe it's prettier than the picture shows.

The person helping me on the phone was great! I did not get a picture until way after it was delivered. It looks smaller than I thought and thot there would be more gerber daisies. I appreciate them being delivered on a sketchy weather day.

It's very pretty, although not quite as colorful and not in the same vase that I ordered. The eucalyptus is missing which I think adds more color and of course, the tall (stock?) in the back hasn't fully opened so they will provide more color in a day or so.

This arrangement is for the funeral of a 7 year old girl. Most of the flowers are good, but please remove the bright colored flowers and replace them with muted colors. Light pink/light purple/white. Also, I would prefer a clear or white vase instead of pink. Please deliver early on Sunday as the family is having a private service/wake late Sunday morning. Thanks so much.
