We sincerely apologize that we were unable to deliver the flowers to the recipient. I understand that you are upset and that we missed the birthday celebration. I can assure you that we tried our best to deliver the flowers. However, nobody was at the address, and the voicemail was full, so we couldn’t get a hold of the recipient. I sincerely hope that the birthday celebration was not ruined.

We decided the night before prom to get a corsage and boutonnière thinking it would be impossible. Mc Shan made it happen. They ran out of white roses but called me about a substitute. They decided to make us two options and we could choose the one we wanted. Great service!

Not exactly what we expected. A little too much greenery and made it look so pointy and pokey. I called and asked to reduce the greenery right after on the phone. However when it was delivered, it was still the same. Disappointed to say the least.....

I was very pleased with the arrangement. I also added a balloon and a bear to the order. McShan Florist made no attempt to create an aesthetically pleasing complete arrangement. There are too many colors, and they are not appropriate for a new baby occasion. Overall, I was not satisfied with this order grouping.
